10 Equipment - 2. CNC Machining Vertical Machining Center The machining center is equipped with four-spindle rotating platform for machining of shafts, discs, cases, dies and multispindle parts of high precision, multi-machining process and complex shape. It can automatically complete the process of milling, drilling, enlarging, reaming, boring and tapping continuously in one job by computerized program. It also provides the fine machining of 2-D/3-D curved surface and bevel parts. The vertical machining center offers the machining of connector, tube casing, chassis, frame and turbine blade. Turning Center It can achieve all functions of the vertical single and dual spindle with high efficiency, including high precision internal/external cylindrical turning, step turning, cone, spherical face, metric/british thread and groove turning. The turning center offers the machining of connector, tube casing and the frame. CNC Lathe The CNC machine offers semi-finishing and fine machining of various kinds of disk, spindle, and annular gyro-rotor parts. It is able to carry out the process of turning, boring, drilling, reaming and threading with different materials including structural alloy steel, heat-resisting alloy steel, titanium alloy, stainless steel, tool steel, nonferrous metals and cast steel, achieving the continuous and steady turning of parts and hardened steel.

Optical Fiber Transmission Laser Welding Machine It offers the machining of blind hole of various parts, abnormal section and special shaping, and the machining of high-strength and high-hardness materials can be achieved. The equipment is of high accuracy and steady performance. It has the function of autoprogramming, auto-centering and translating and can obtain the effect of high precision and surface finish. It adopts advanced digital automatic control system and is able to complete the machining process of discharging, cutting and patterning through program. It provides the machining of parts which requires complicated construction and highprecision. It features in low machining allowance, high speed machining, short production cycle and low manufacturing cost. It is equipped with CCD camera monitoring system for easy observation and accurate positioning. The soldering spot energy is well distributed. It has the best light spot for soldering. It offers various complex soldering, spot welding of different components and seam welding of thin board within 1mm. The ceramic light-gathering cavity from UK is used for the laser which is corrosion and high temperature resistance, the cavity life can last as long as 8-10 years, and the xenon lamp can be used for more than 8 million times. In addition, it provides customized auto tools and fixture, achieving mass production.
