QuadMetalworks is an ISO 9001:2000 compliant machine shop located in Sussex, Wis. Our fabrication shop is located in West Allis, Wis. Machining Our machine shop specializes in medium- to high-volume milling jobs and offers quick turn-around on low-volume jobs and prototype machining. We run our Flexible Manufacturing System (FMS) lights-out overnight and weekends with operator-free machining, saving you time and money. Fabrication The fab shop can fabricate parts both small and large, and specializes in heavy burning, structural steel, stainless and aluminum weldments. Our state-certified welders are some of the best in the business. Paint Our paint booth uses Sherwin-Williams wet paint to give your product the look you need. We offer a plastic bead blast booth and an iron phosphate wash booth to ensure your product will look its best. We can paint items up to 25' x 10' x 10'. With 25 years of painting experience, we can match any paint color and finish you need. Services We partner with numerous outside services for laser cutting, heat treating, grinding and plating to provide one-stop sourcing for your parts. Programming The QuadMetalworks programming department, utilizing Pro/Engineer CAD, Pro/NC CAM and Vericut applications, provides our CNC machine tools with leading-edge support and maximum efficiency. Quality Our quality department inspection program monitors customer requirements for conformity from first piece inspection through in-process and final inspection for all production parts. We can provide inspection documentation when required, such as First Article Inspection or Initial Sample Inspection reports for production approval. 2 Gantry Mill Okuma MCM-B-25E Our gantry mill allows us to machine more robust products with its large work envelope. With five-sided machining capability and a 50-tool magazine capacity, the gantry mill gives us the ability to better serve industry s heavier equipment needs. 3 FMS (Flexible Manufacturing System) Our Flexible Manufacturing System is equipped with 2 Okuma MA-50 Horizontal Machining Centers and a 48-pallet storage and shuttle system. The system gives us the ability to run 24 hours, seven days a week with nights and weekends operator-free. 4 Apollo HGS 4-head high-speed burn table Our burn table can cut up to four items at a time and up to 12" thick material. It s controlled by a Burny 2 controller, and our Pro/E software can accommodate any programming need.
