2 Company Profile & Capabilities Ameritex was founded in 2004 as an advanced technology custom fabricator providing laser cutting, punching, fabrication and machining all under one roof. Our 40,000 sqft manufacturing facility is state of the art and is located on 36 acres in Willis, TX. We employ approximately 75 outstanding people. 3 13391 FM 1097 E Laser Cutting - With (4) - production lasers, we have the capacity to quickly process all of your cutting needs. From square tubing to 3/4 stainless plate and 1-1/4 steel plate, down to intricately cut.010 shim stock, we have the machines and expertise to cut a huge variety of materials. Amada 4222 FO 6000 watt - Our newest addition (right,) commissioned in Oct 2013 is the latest technology in powerful lasers. Not only will it cut thicker material (up to 1-1/4 steel plate,) but it cuts lighter materials FAST, 18 gauge carbon steel at 18.3 inches per second! This machine is also HUGE, with a cutting area of 165 x Our Amada 3015 Laser Automation System (below) carries 11 pallets of material in a programmable tower and automatically feeds the laser for non-stop efficiency. The system automatically unloads and stacks finished parts watts of power cuts 1/4 steel plate at over 1 inch per second. Fast, accurate, reliable and efficient all mean economical. TUBE Laser Cutting - Our twin Amada 4000 watt rotary lasers will cut holes and intricate notches and slots in pipe, angle, channel and structural tubing up to 6 x 6 x 1/2. We can handle stock lengths up to 40 long on our custom Steady Rest systems. These machines allow unprecedented speed and accuracy in processing structural materials that previously had to be drilled by hand or in expensive, limited machining processes. They will also cut sheet and plate from 26 gauge through 3/4 thick steel.

4 CNC Punching- From 26 gauge to 1/4 steel and up to 7 gauge stainless steel Our Amada EMK 3610 turret punch press is the latest technology and includes automated load/unload. It handles 60 x 100 sheets without repositioning. 58 stations with 4 auto-index keep setup to a minimum. Super fast servo punching allows speeds of up to 15 hits per second. Exact control of the punch stroke allows perfect forming operations such as louvers, extrusions, countersinks, knockouts and tabs. Hardware Insertion Our Haeger 824 Window Touch hardware machine installs self clinching nuts, studs, standoffs and captive screws quickly and accurately. The auto-feed and color coded touch screen programming system provide quality control and easy operation, visually showing the operator exactly where to install each type of fastener.

5 NC Pressbrake Forming- From 26 gauge to 5/8 steel plate, 14 x 220 ton, 10 x 130 ton and 5 x 50 ton pressbrakes, all with 7 axis back gauges. Highly accurate, repetitive and fast forming, all programmed by our engineering department from 3D models. CNC Machining - Two CNC machining centers and CNC lathes.

7 Robotic Welding - A 78 reach allows our robot to automatically weld out large assemblies and small parts with perfect accuracy and quality again and again. Engineering - Every part we make is modeled in 3 dimensions using Solidworks. It is then unfolded via Amada s Sheetworks and nested with Dr. Abe software. We can import customer models from other software packages, 2D parts from DWG or DXF files or start from scratch with hard copies or sample parts to be reverse engineered. Regardless of the format, our extensive engineering on the front end helps assure the accuracy and quality of the finished parts.
