3 I. Preface Storage The pavilion has been manufactured from the highquality pine-timber from Lapland, transported in unprocessed manner. Attention! The package of construction material is not waterproof. The plastic protects wood only against the soil. If you do not want or cannot start with installation right after the transportation, please store the material heaped up horizontally, and protect it from weather conditions such as dampness or sunrays. Do not keep/ store the material in a room, which could be heated. Timber the natural product Timber is a natural product, being constantly in change. If you take care of materials, you will have a lot of pleasure from your pavilion for years. If the weather is extremely hot and dry, the wood can crack a bit. When the humidness increases, chaps will disappear again. You cannot avoid the chaps, they appear after the long and dry period; chaps do not implicate the actual load of the pavilion. Different colour tones can occur because of the individual qualities of timber. This aspect does not affect the lifespan of your pavilion. Excluded complaints We will not accept the complaints, which are caused by already mentioned timber qualities. Neither would we accept the complaints on material, when it has already been coloured. Tools you need You will need the following tools: screwdriver, backsaw, spirit level, measuring tape, pincers, battery screwdriver, 2 stepladders, hammer, carpet knife, square, pencil, corner saw (you can also use the handle jigsaw with base). We wish you smooth installation and years of pleasing use of the product. II. Preparation works Checking the list of details Before you start with the installation work, please check if the product set is in agreement with the list of details, which you can find from the chapter of technical data. Colouring It is advisable to cover the pavilion with ground coat and the eventual colour before the final construction. But naturally, you can do it after the construction work as well. In case you use the thick coat of glaze, we recommend colour the details before construction. Attention! Before you position the floor boards, impregnate them from below. You should also impregnate and caulk the joints of doors and windows, as there is always the possibility for water getting into the garden house. Please ensure that the walls should be covered with colourless bio-glaze from inside; we recommend to use the bee-wax. The frames of doors and windows should also be impregnated. Use the help of field s specialist to choose the right colour. Preparing the bottom area The bottom details of the base should be on the levelled and lifted ground. The stone-paved ground would be the best for this purpose. But you could also use the strip-groundwork, made of grit and pavement. Attention! The bottom area should be levelled, to avoid disagreements during the installation. That way you will assure the levelled pavilion for years. Arranging the material Best of all is to arrange the material before installation work; put the details of pavilion on the adequate position, according to their order of installation. Basement Basement will be put on the ground according to the scheme. Basement rafters will be positioned to bottom area, the wider side down, and after that they will be screwed together. 3

Now your pavilion is as well as ready. For finishing the roof, you should separate the cover strips (position 2.2).

10 Now your pavilion is as well as ready. For finishing the roof, you should separate the cover strips (position 2.2). For this step, you need to use the carpet knife with a hook blade. Cut cover strips should be tiled scaly from starting below and moving up; the strips should be nailed to the roof details (Picture 17). Figure 9 For that, you need to put together the positions 2.3.2, and 2.3.4; then the roof cone should be installed above the roof opening.
