DELTA -SEAL The DELTA -SEAL is a system topcoat. The topcoat provides controlled properties, which makes these the ideal seal over electroplated layers.

The system comprises electroplated base layer and DELTA -SEAL topcoat which provides highly effective anti-corrosion protection and other properties regulated

No hydrogen embrittlement occurs in the application of DELTA -SEAL. As appropriate, the coating process can be carried out jigged or in bulk.

19 DELTA -SEAL The DELTA -SEAL is a system topcoat. The topcoat provides controlled properties, which makes these the ideal seal over electroplated layers. Product description: DELTA -SEAL is a zinc fl ake coating system. The system comprises electroplated base layer and DELTA -SEAL topcoat which provides highly effective anti-corrosion protection and other properties regulated by sealer. DELTA -SEAL is free of any harmful heavy metals, such as Cr-(VI), and conforms to EU guidelines. No hydrogen embrittlement occurs in the application of DELTA -SEAL. As appropriate, the coating process can be carried out jigged or in bulk. Properties: Including lubricant coating for reduced torque while driving the screw home Special features: Organic topcoat Withstands ACQ, CCA, and LOSP timber treatments. Excellent chemical resistance Particularly suitable for multiple screw fi xing EAL DELTA -SEAL in comparison: DELTA -SEAL compared with zinc yellow electro plated 10 times higher corrosion resistance. DELTA -SEAL compared with standard galvanized screws more than twice the corrosion resistance. Tests carried out with neutral salt spray test. Corrosion resistance endurance life DIN EN ISO 9227 (depending upon the build-up of coats, geometry and type of application)
