1 XT-4015 Disassembly Assembly Guide Main Unit Disassembly Remove the two screws that in the back of main unit from base as shown. Remove the two screws by turning the main unit to the other side while removing the main unit as shown.

2 Remove the four screws while taking apart the main unit and panel as shown. Remove the two screws while removing the HDD cover as shown. Pull out the HDD in the direction of arrow as shown. Remove the two screws while removing the side and DRAM covers as shown.

3 Push the two locks outward while removing the DRAM as shown. Disconnect the cables while removing the panel as shown. Remove the WIFI card by releasing the locks as shown. Disconnect the speaker and fan cables, and then remove the thirteen screws while removing the mainboard as shown.

4 Remove the CPU by pulling up the release bar to unlock it as shown. Remove the two screws as shown. Remove the three screws from the heat sink while removing the CPU thermal fan module as shown. Panel Disassembly Disconnect the cable as indicated in the picture, and then remove the green tape.

5 Disconnect the cables, and then loosen the two screws as indicated in the picture. Loosen the four screws as indicated in the picture while removing the LCD and Touch panels. Loosen the two screws as indicated in the picture while removing the LCD bracket. Loosen the two screws as indicated in the picture while removing another LCD bracket.

6 Panel Assembly Install the LCD bracket, and then secure the two screws as indicated in the picture. Install another LCD bracket and then secure the two screws as indicated in the picture. Place the LCD panel onto the front frame, and make sure the four locating points are properly located as indicated in the picture. Secure the four screws as indicated in the picture.

7 Secure the two screws, and then connect the cables as indicated in the picture. Connect the cable as indicated in the picture, and then route the cable with a green tape. Main Unit Assembly The single-tube CPU thermal module as shown. The double-tube CPU thermal module for i7 CPU as shown.

8 Apply the thermal compound to the blue area as shown. Locate the CPU thermal module on the aluminum case, and then secure the two screws to fix as shown. Secure the three screws to fix the CUP thermal module as shown. Apply the thermal compound to the circled positions as shown.

9 Locate the CPU to the CPU socket by lining it up with the lock points as shown. Make sure the CPU bracket is snapped into the screw and the release bar is also locked properly as shown. Locate the mainboard on the aluminum case, then secure the thirteen screws, and then connect the fan and speaker cables to the mainboard as shown. Install the WIFI card to the mainboard, and snap it into the locks to fix as shown.

10 Install the DRAM, and make sure it is properly locked as shown. Install the DRAM cover as shown. Install the side cover, and then secure the two screws to fix as shown. Insert the HDD in the direction of arrow as shown.

11 Install the HDD cover, and then secure the two secures to fix as shown. Connect the cables to the mainboard as shown. Secure the four screws to fix the main unit as shown. Install the base onto the main unit, and then secure the two screws to fix as shown.

12 Turn the main unit to the other side, and then secure the two screws to fix the base as shown. Done!!
