5 PARTS REQUIRED: 6 pcs - H7 Allen Head Bolt pcs - P End Leg Panel pcs - P6 Upper Leg Stiffener 6 pcs - H8 Flat Washer pcs - P Right Leg pcs - P7 Lower Leg Stiffener 6 pcs - H9 Barrel Nut pcs - P5 Left Leg pc - A Allen Wrench STEP : Leave P Hockey Table Cabinet face down in carton to assemble. Attach one P6 Upper Leg Stiffener and one P7 Lower Leg Stiffener onto one P5 Left Leg using H7 Allen Head Bolts with H8 Flat Washers and H9 Barrel Nuts as shown in FIGURE. Tighten, but do not overtighten H7 Bolts on this time. H7 H8 P5 (Left Leg) H7 H8 H9 P7 This mark on H9 Barrel Nuts face up. H9 This mark on H9 Barrel Nuts face up. Curved on this side P6 FIGURE STEP : With the help of another adult, Bow and slide one P End Leg Panel into the P5 Left Leg groove as shown in FIGURE. P5 (Left Leg) Groove P H9 Attach one P Right Leg using H7 Allen Head Bolts with H8 Flat Washers and H9 Barrel Nuts as shown in FIGURE. Make sure P End Leg Panel slide inside P Right Leg. 6 PARTS REQUIRED: 8 pcs - H6 Phillips Flat Head Screw pcs - P8 Leg Bottom Board pcs - P9 Leg Leveler STEP 3: Attach P8 Leg Bottom Boards using Pre-Drilled holes with H6 Screws as shown in FIGURE 3. Tighten, but do not strip out the H6 Screws. Thread P9 Leg Levelers as shown in FIGURE 3. Attach P Apron Corners with H # x 5/8 Screws as shown in FIGURE 5. Tighten, but do not strip out the H Screws. Attach P Puck Catchers using Pre-Drilled holes with H0 # x / Screws as shown in FIGURE 5. Tighten, but do not strip out the H0 Screws. NOTE: BE SURE EACH CORNER POST IS FLUSH WITH APRONS. Do not tighten H Bolts on this time. PARTS REQUIRED: pcs - H5 Phillips Flat Head Screw pc - P Extreme Blind pcs - P0 Manual Slide Scorer pcs - P8 Blind Post End Cap pcs - P3 Blind Post pcs - P9 Plastic Insert STEP 8: Attach P0 Scorers to P Air Hockey Cabinet - Long Top Rails using pre-drilled holes with H5 Screws as shown in FIGURE 8. Tighten, but do not strip out the H5 Screws. If you want to play without Extreme Blind (Traditional), Attach each P9 Plastic Insert to P Air Hockey Cabinet - Long Top Rails as shown in FIGURE 8 and DETAIL A. If you want to play with Extreme Blind, Thread P3 Blind Posts to P Air Hockey Cabinet - Long Top Rails as shown in FIGURE 8. Slide P Extreme Blind to P3 Blind Posts as shown in FIGURE 8. NOTE: A Felt Pads may already be attached to A Strikers. A Congratulations! You have now assembled your Hockey Table. Please note the Care and Use instructions below to ensure many years of trouble free use of your Hockey Table. CARE AND USE OF YOUR HOCKEY TABLE. For long life and best play from your air hockey table, apply spray furniture polish to clean cloth and wipe down the playfield with air motor running to make the pucks slide faster before first play and frequently thereafter.. This product is intended for I NDOOR use only. 3. DO NOT operate the motor if the cord is damaged in any way.. DO NOT sit, climb or lean on the table. 5. DO NOT drag the table when moving it. This will damage the legs. 6. DO NOT set drinks on the table. 7. It is suggested that this table be placed close to wall thus allowing the air motor cord to NOT be a trip hazard. Always turn air motor off when table is not in use. AIR HOCKEY RULES The Object of the Game To score a predetermined number of points or to score the most points in a given amount of time. The Play Flip a coin to determine who will begin play. Play begins when the puck is placed on the playing surface. Players must hit the puck with the striker and attempt to shoot it into thier opponent s goal. One point is awarded when a puck is shot into the opponent s goal. Sometimes pucks can fly off the table. If this occurs, players may take turns placing the puck back on the table. 0 Escalade Sports
