9 step 1 drawer assembly - Add glue to drawer sides left drawer side x1 glue 1. Place 3 drops of glue in each hole at the back of the drawers. Use the tip of the glue bottle to spread glue to the sides of the holes. Paper overlays the slot, but it has a slit so drawer bottom inserts well. right drawer side paper 9

10 step 2 drawer assembly - insert cam bolts and glue x1 glue 1. cam bolt Screw cam bolts into the drawer front. Cam bolts must be screwed down flush. Place 3 drops of glue into each of the remaining holes in the drawer front. Use the tip of the glue bottle to spread glue to the sides of the holes. E drawer front 10

11 step 3 drawer assembly - attach drawer bottom to back paper 1. Press the drawer bottom (with the finished side up) into the grooves on the drawer back. Paper overlays the slot, but it has a slit so drawer bottom inserts well. finish side up 11

12 step 4 drawer assembly - attach drawer sides, drawer front and insert drawer cams NOT CORRECT CORRECT x1 E small cam Drawer Tip Warning Label Place cams in large holes so that the arrow on cam faces the edge of the panel. Press drawer sides firmly onto the drawer back. Place the cam bolts that are attached to the drawer front into the holes on the drawer sides. Make sure the drawer bottom is completely inserted into the grooves in the drawer front and drawer back, then tighten the cams. Apply Drawer Tip Warning Label to the inside of the drawer. 12

13 step 5 case assembly - insert dowel pins P x1 dowel pin glue 1. Place 3 drops of glue in each dowel pins hole. Use the tip of the glue bottle to spread glue to the sides of the holes. Press the dowel pins into the large holes on the edge of the top rail. 13

14 step 6 case assembly - insert cams and dowel pins CORRECT NOT CORRECT x4 dowel pin large cam Tap the dowel pins into the larger holes at the top and bottom edges of the left end panel. Place the large cam into the holes on the left end panel. Make sure the arrow on the cam is toward the edge of the panel. F 14

Place 1/4" screw through the correct hole for the back of the drawer slide. Tighten screw but do not over tighten. Close slide until the front hole is visible through the oval slot on the glide. Press screw covers onto the heads of the connector bolts

19 step 11 case assembly - attach bottom panel to base finished surface up I finished front edge of base rail x x JA x screw cover short flat head screw connector bolt Allen wrench Place the bottom panel over the base assembly with the finished side facing up. Use the allen wrench to install the connector bolts. Press screw covers onto the heads of the connector bolts. Turn assembly upside down to install the two screws for the corner brackets. finished front edge

20 step 12 case assembly - attach top rail P L finished front edge x4 long flat head screw 1. cam bolt 3. Screw the cam bolts into the top panel. Cam bolts must be screwed down flush. Place long flat head screws through holes on top rail. Make sure the finished side of the rail is facing the front. Line up dowel pins with the holes in the top panel, then tighten screws. 20 finished front edge

21 step 13 case assembly - attach side panels to top assembly Place left and right end panels onto top panel as shown. Make sure the grooves and cam locks are placed as shown on the drawing. Make sure the finished front edges are facing up. Tighten cams. 21

22 step 14 case assembly - attach back panel and bottom L F x I x1 connector bolt Allen wrench Insert the back panel in the grooves at the bottom of the side panels. Unfold and slide the back panel all the way into the grooves including the groove on the top panel. Line up the holes in the bottom panel with the dowels on the bottom of the side panels. Place connector bolts into the holes on the bottom and use allen wrench to tighten

23 step 15 case assembly - attach rectangular feet front edge F L I x4 x8 rectangular foot flat head screw 1. Place rectangular foot on the bottom of the base side 1/8" from the end and centered on the width of the base side. Drill holes for the attachment of feet. Use the holes in the foot to find locations for drilling 1/8" diameter pilot holes for screw attachment. 3. Insert 2 screws through the foot into the base side. 4. Repeat step 1 to 3 for the locations of the other 3 feet. IMPORTANT: When placing this unit on thick carpet, the addition of 4 rectangular feet is required to improve stability. For floors with a hard surface or low pile carpeting, the additional feet are not necessary. finished front edge H 23 max. 1/8"

24 step 16 case assembly - attach back panel clips 4" x8 I F L H 24 4" 1. panel clips Place back panel clips as shown and press the thin tabs between the back panel and the groove. Tighten the screws but be careful not to over tighten.

25 step 17 case assembly - install drawer into case E machine screw Slide groove on drawer sides over the drawer glide. Pull the slide forward until the threaded hole on the glide aligns with the hole in the drawer side. Attach glide screw from inside the drawer box into the drawer glide. Second hole on drawer slide is not used. I L H 25
