1 D25 Cutting Tools PM Callouts EXECUTION New product will be arriving direct to stores mixed with existing product and may require sifting through There is a fair bit of clearance and buyback for this initiative which is time consuming Teams will need to pull from elevations and from the overheads POP There are only Aisle Violators for POP, ensure they are set according to SIGN POG SIGN POG Sign POGs can be found like this: REPORTING Initiative: Cutting Tools Bay Description: Cutting tools (include Woodworking in this also), Handsaws Use whatever is available in store when it comes to Peg/slot hooks shortage DO NOT order additional material

2 D25 Cutting Tools - Scope Of Work New Product will be arriving direct to stores an will be mixed with existing product New Product will most likely be in overheads already with No Home EXECUTE, regardless of how much new product is received. TIP: It s a good idea to secure a scan gun to help you quickly identify Article # s for RTV/buyback and for new product DE-MERCHANDISE / DECONSTRUCT EXISTING SET Remove MES articles and action accordingly. Ensure accurate quantities are recorded. MES articles will be RTV/Buyback and clearance De-merchandise existing bay(s) and keep products on hooks TIP: Cutting Tools bay does not need to be fully de-merchandised (mostly shuffling) TIP: Handsaws Bay will need to be fully de-merchandised for ease in resetting (new articles) RESET BAY(S) CR is only responsible for setting the Chisels (woodworking) section of the bay along with all of Cutting Tools and Handsaws Clean bay(s) thoroughly (sweep floor, wipe down beams and H-Frames, scrape beams and H-Frames as needed, etc.) Ensure all product, elevations and shelving is set to POG. Ensure no product is sticking out of the bay. Clamps may need to be shuffled in a woodworking + Clamps combined bay ONLY work on the side of the bay that contains Woodworking You may come across Clamps within the half woodworking section which you will need to set to POG DO NOT spend time correcting the other half that contains Clamps Use Peg/slot hooks and shelving from within the set where ever possible Eg. Use same length Peg/slot hooks on higher rows and use odd sized Peg/slot hooks on lower rows of product Use whatever is available in store NEW Handsaw Tool bar (white peg hook) (A) are to be used for ALL horizontal saw on POG handle end onto Handsaw tool bar and other end onto regular Peg/slot hook) If there are no NEW Handsaw Tool bars available at store, merchandise Handsaws using two Peg/slot hooks as normal LABEL STANDARDS (Sequence ALL bays) Wood working bay (sequence full bay and print off only what you need for woodworking section) BIN (for peg/slot hooks and gondola shelves) 1 per facing Only Label the regular peg/slot hook POP If no white Handsaw Tool bar is available (label both Peg/slot hooks that hold the handsaw up) B/C 1 per facing on hang tags (for base elevation product under the gondola shelving) 1 per facing on beam (for product on base elevation not directly under gondola shelving) Ensure Aisle Violators are correctly positioned as per SIGN POG A Page 1

3 D25 Cutting Tools - Completion Checklist The area is clean from trash. All shelf heights are set to the new POG. Beams and H-Frames have been cleaned to remove sticky residue and/or marks. Display and/or fixtures are installed correctly. Displays and/or fixtures are clean of any dust, debris and fingerprints. POP and any Tear Pads and/or Brochures are installed correctly. POP is clean of any dust, debris and fingerprints. All product is set to the new POG. Missing product has been communicated to the store and logged correctly. All price labels are installed correctly. Bay re-sequenced. POG and Sign POG placed in the MET pouch and BSR has been filled out properly. Required after photos are taken. Bay is grand opening ready.
