2 1 Make sure that the height and width of the wall is line with the drawing. 2 Make sure that the walls, floor and ceiling is in level Adjustments on the floor if it s not in level. Look at picture nr 03. If the panels are installed in different heights on the sweepseal from the factory, make sure that the level differenses with the sweepseals matches. If they dont match - cut at the bottom with the same distance as the floor is failing. 1 DOWN 03 04

3 3 Mark a centre line for the track and frame. (If you are installing a endfolded or floor supported wall, jump forward to point 18.) 05 4 Install the UP-track, the upper part of top track as indicated. (See below) Picture. 07 shows the assembling pins that secure the splice fittings are correct. Please note - use screws that is adapted for the underlying support structure in comparison to the weight of the wall. The picture below shows markings on the track. 4 5 Place the bolts by each selection in the UP-track - pic Install stopper bolts. X3-8x45mm as shown in Figure 11 below Install the TP-track (bottom of ceiling track), begin with parking side first and use the provided M8x50 bolt. 12

5 8 Installing adjustable frame: The U-profiles of the frame is delivered overdimensioned and needs to be cut so it can fit to the bottom part of the UP-ceilingtrack. Install the stack jamb U- profile (pict.15)with screws that fits to underlying support structure (pict.15 & 16 screws not included). Pic.14 shows how the TP-track is about 10 mm shorter then UPtrack. This, together with the frame U-profile encloses the TP track allows it to be moved freely up and down (see Figure 15). U-profile to the adjustable frame. Remember to attach the included rubber strips on the back Installation of the wood section in the U-profile: After the U-profile is installed, if necessary, the wood section needs to be installed into the U-profile with the provided screws (4x25mm), but before you screws the sections - install the panels, you can adjust the end of the wall and then screw the U-profile and the frame together. Remember to pre-drill the U- section and be careful when you screw so that the color wont peel off

6 9 Adjust the TP-track so it lies tightly against the frame - image 19. By loosening or tightening the adjustment bolt and stop bolt the track is adjustable Stop bolt Ajustment bolt Install all the wheel panels in the correct order. 11 Fit the remaining TP-tracks. At the joining brackets use the provided M8x12 bolts as shown in picture

7 12 Adjust the track so it s 100% straight parallel to the floor Install the other panels in numerical order and install the pins 125x5mm And PVC caps. Close the wall and lock it in the ceiling track with the supplied handle

8 15 Optimally distance between the closing jamb and door allocation is 11 mm(tolerance mm) If necessary, adjust the space using the adjustable frame 16 Panels with doors also got sliders down to the floor - the panel must be vertical before it is marked for drilling into the floor winged walls are adjusted by the distance between oncoming doors 17 Mark the floor where the socket to be placed. Drill a 16mm hole and sand the edges NOTE! Is there floor heating? Check what height the tubes is located on!

9 18 At the endfolded and the floor supported walls a centerline is drawn on the floor. Install the enclosed bracket. At the 2 folded type, there is derailment on the floor. (The size of derailment see below) The track is installed with suitable screws (not included) A good idea is to use in the construction adhesive glue. 05 NOTE! Is there floor heating? Check the depth of those tubes! Now go back to step 4 and continue.
