3 detail A (1 : 5) 1 Mount the steel wires to the contra weights and impel the contra weights in the (still horizontal) support posts. 2 Mount the pulley structure (with frame for pulley detail A) make sure the end of the steel wire does not drop into the support post. 3 Mount the two support postst level with the welded-on mounting plates to the outside. 4 Mount the sliding frames between the posts. Allow on both sides 5 space between the frame and the post (section B-B). 5 Fit the locking bars to the right lengths L1 and L2. Possibly rounding the ends (detail C). 6 Mount the locking bars (section D-D). Do not overlook to mount the parts of detail E! 10 detail A C C c 6a view B 7 10 view B 10 1 Position the two uprights level with the attachment on the outside; 2 Install the mounting brackets for draw gate to both uprights using the hexagon bolts M10x140 and nuts M10, fastened enough so that they do not fall down but are still adjustable. The lips on the mounting device will fit the groove in the uprights, see detail A; 3 Place the 60 tube into the mounting brackets and secure with threaded straps 60 and nuts M10. At this time also fasten the bolts M10x140 from the previous step completely. We recoend mounting this interconnecting bar to the building structure - hence the extra length; 4 Fit the four rubber impact buffers with hexagonal bolt M8x50 and washers M8 on the inside brackets of the mounting device; 5 Fit the stoppers in the ends of the tube and the mounting brackets; 6 Remove the M10x100 hexagon bolts and nuts M10 above the counterweights, pull the counterweights up and place the bolt and nut (hand tight) under the counterweights. The eyelets of the steel cables are now approximately at the same level as the attachment on the uprights; 7 Remove the M10x100 hexagonal bolts and M10 nuts that originally were under the counterweights; 8 Mark the center on both upper and lower beam of the draw gate frame; 9 Loosen the 8 adjustment screws in the sliding frames; 10 Loosen the 2 adjustment screws of the handle, see view B; 11 Slide out the fence until the wheels hit the posts and position the gate on the stops located on the uprights (the forks will go around the uprights). The locking pins should now fall into the upright, see view C-C; 12 Slide the upper and lower beam to be centered between the sliding frames - use the previously made marks. ATTENTION: make sure the gate doesn t fall of the stops! Fasten the beams tot the sliding frames by using the 8 adjustment screws (see point 9); 13 Slide the handles outwards and fasten them with the adjustment screws (see point 10). Check the latching action by sliding the handles towards each other; they should move outwards again by spring force; 14 Slide the eyelets of the steel cables through the sliding frames and secure them with locking bolts M10x80 and nuts M10; 15 Pull the counterweights up one by one with the steel cables and remove the M10x100 hexagon bolts and M10 nuts from under the counterweights. Gently lower the counterweights; 16 Check functionality of the draw gate by opening and closing the gate.
