5 1 Determine the centre of the door. 2 Mark the pivot point of the door. (95 mm with a pivot joint of 5 mm). Upwards of a door thickness of 50mm the pivot joint has to be larger (door thickness in mm divided by 10). In this case use spacers between the template and the wall. 3 Mark the pivot point of the door to the ceiling. Pivot line of pivot door should be perpendicular (laser not supplied). 5

6 4 Mark the point. 5 Drill holes in the surface through the template. - Wood 7.5 mm - Other materials 8 mm 6 Apply adhesive to the floor plate. (supplied) 6

7 Apply adhesive to the predrilled holes.

9 Mark the ceiling plate on the ceiling.

7 7 Apply adhesive to the predrilled holes. (supplied) 8 Position the 3 bosses under the floor plate in the holes. Press the floor plate carefully into the holes. Hit the floor plate with a rubber hammer. 9 Mark the ceiling plate on the ceiling. Ensure that the ceiling plate is always positioned with the holes in the longitudinal direction of the closed door. 7

8 10 Drill the middle hole. - Drill 10 mm - Minimum 7 mm deep 11 (supplied) Predrill the screw holes. Apply adhesive to the ceiling plate and secure the ceiling plate. - Screw thickness at least 3.5 mm 12 Position the bottom pivot in the pre-cut hole. Download the cutting drawing at: 8

9 13 Predrill the holes. - drill 3 mm 14 Screw in the bottom pivot. - Screw 5x50 mm 15 Position the top pivot in the same way as the bottom pivot. Download the cutting drawing at: 9

10 16 Predrill the holes. - drill 3 mm 17 Screw in the top pivot. - Screw 5x50 mm 18 (supplied) Adjust the pivot pin of the top pivot in the middle and in a fully screwed-in position using an Allen key (5 mm). - refer also to page 4: Setting options 10

11 19 Position the door diagonally in the opening 20 Position the bottom pivot first. NOTE! Try not to let the bottom pivot scrape over the base plate 21 Position the top pivot exactly under the top plate and turn the pivot pin of the top pivot. Close the door and check the hanging and closure joint. Adjust if necessary. - Refer also to page 4 Setting options 11
