8 Gallery Package #1 The Rookie.

9 New this year to the AGP lineup is the Rookie package. We have struggled over the years with how to let a customer try us out easily and with not much commitment. For less than it costs to take the family out to a nice dinner, you will get a dedicated player gallery with a custom URL for you to send to family and friends and view the photos. As a Rookie customer, you should expect somewhere between quality shots of your player in the gallery. You can order prints or digital downloads of them conveniently from our Smugmug-based photo store... as well as many custom digital items based on those photos like mugs, buttons, etc. A la carte offerings are of course available to a Rookie customer--you can add a football memory book ad design, a custom action poster, or many of the other offerings that we have reserved for our gallery customers in the past. After that single game, if you feel you have what you wanted for the season, you re free to walk away (or come back and buy a la carte items based on those photos later...) BUT... 14 WESTLAKE CHAPS FOOTBALL 2015 Season 1 Memory Book Ads. What you need to know.

15 The work of designing your ad for the football memory book is something that you can undertake yourself, of course. You can even download (for free or for a fee depending on your gallery package) photos to do it yourself. If you have purchased the All-Star gallery program, the cost of your design work is included for free, otherwise it is available in our a la carte list of services. If all you might want is a few photos and the design work for the memory book ad, you can purchase the Rookie gallery program package for $100 and pay our design fee under a la carte items for memory book design services and you ll be covered without worry. The design work available from AGP means that we will project manage your ad in addition to creating it with you. We make sure it s the correct size, format, and turned in on time to make the memory book. What follows on the next few pages are examples of memory book ads as we ran them in last year s Chaps Illustrated magazine. You can see that the hard work of our photography really pays off as well as the talent of the graphic designers. What you can expect: About game 10 of the season, we will contact you to start talking about your ad. We ll validate the size of the ad you purchased from the football memory book team. We ll start working on a draft after you let us know the type of ad you re interested in OR you can just let us take you on a spin with our creativity. If we don t hear back from you, we ll do that. Sometime around mid-november, we ll have your first draft to you. You look it over, give us wording changes, let us know if there are any other changes you would like to request, and we ll get it back to you again. Typically by early December we will have most ads done, but we work to meet the deadlines for the book, so if you re running behind, we let you know. We ask you to sign off. We turn it in. That s all. You re good to go and your ad will show up in the printed copy.

16 MORE of Our Favorite Fo from the pas We decided it might be helpful to those of you in the football programs to see actual football memory book ads from the past few years, so we put together a sampling of some of our favorites and why. Memory book ads come in three sizes: QUARTER PAGE HALF PAGE FULL PAGE In this sampling, you will see ads done at these various sizes (not to perfect scale here) so you can get an idea of what you want to do. If you are an AGP client, then we are designing your ad for you and submitting it to the memory book for you. As it turns out, Jerry and I are doing the memory book this year, so it is EASY! Remember, because you have paid us does not mean you have paid for the ad (to the memory book) so if you're not sure we'll be sending out reminders to everyone soon when we get the full listing from the football program. You can still hire us to do your memory book ad for you...we will need a photo(s) and your ad message and ad size. If you are not an AGP customer, you can still ask us to get a shot or two of your son for this purpose before the season is at a close. Just call or either of us and we will make sure this happens. All it will take is a few shots at a single game to put something really nice together. Remember that you do have the option for us to: - take your photos whether you are an AGP customer or not - create your ad whether you are an AGP customer or not

A good memory book ad captures the player # and name, team designation if you choose, and a small collection of photos to complete the ad. I usually recommend 2-4 photos for a half page ad design. I like these ads because they are simple yet capture the personality of the player! Remember that this memorybook is in full color!

For each year that you are a repeat customer, you will get an additional 5 points. SIBLINGS For each sibling (this year) that you are enrolling in the gallery program, you get 10 points (e.g., 20 points for 2 players, 30 for 3, etc.) This makes the program much more cost-effective for larger families. The sibling can be in a related program (cheer) if we are shooting them as a gallery customer. LEVELS For each year that you have been an ALL-STAR customer (including the current), you will get an additional 5 points. If you were an ALL-STAR customer last year, you get 5 points (whether or not you are this year.) REFERRAL BONUS If a brand-new customer (gallery program) says that you referred them to AGP, you get an additional 5 points. (Limit 5 on how many referrals you can make and all must be brand-new customers. (Maximum 25 extra points per year.) Bonus 5 points for a first year customer who refers someone else. We will let you know after you sign up how many bonus points you have accrued for this year and prior years.

This year it s not just your iphones where you ll be able to get the free game photos and you won t have to be in range for us to Apple Airdrop them to you! We re going to use an icloud photo gallery to share them. You will be subscribed to the gallery after you visit the actiongallerypros.com web site (following the link) and we send you an invitation to join the gallery. Then you can view the photos on any Apple device where you have the iphotos gallery application (or iphoto) installed. This means your Mac, your AppleTV, your ipod, etc. Every week, when we add the photos to this gallery, they will show up on your device or you can immediately visit them on the web (if you have an Android phone) or if you just want to view them on a web page. If you have an AppleTV and you have subscribed to this gallery, you should be able to see these photos on your television as well. We will send out instructions for you can view these photos on the web after you sign up and we will send you that information. Look for those instructions on our web site. 26 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: Do you only shoot Westlake? A: Right now, our program is geared 100% at the Westlake community. However, we will entertain requests from other schools and see what we can do depending on scheduling of events. Q: Is the only thing you offer a gallery program? A: We have found that the gallery program is the best way to accommodate getting a sufficient quantity of quality shots for our personal satisfaction with your player. It enables us to learn how they play and make a gallery that consists of the greater quantity/quality of shots that we would like to have for your player. We have shot single games on request for other sports, but we do not advertise that as an offering in our program list. We will come up with a program that meets your needs if you talk with us and have an interested player base to make the program worth our while to shoot. *NEW* this year is our Rookie Program where (new customers only) can try us out for a $100 fee that can be applied to a full gallery program cost. This covers one game only and does come with a gallery complete with custom URL and high quality shots. Compared to the cost of the Basic program, this is less than half the cost of the basic program but it only covers a single game so you may find it more attractive to go ahead and sign up for the entire season. Nonetheless, if you re new and just want to see what we can do, the $100 fee is a low-cost entry point to just try us out. Q: What is it that I m paying for with a Basic Program? A: A lot of people look at the $250 who have not been our customers before and want to know what this buys them. Keep in mind as you look at what you get, that what goes into producing your gallery is hours of work each weekend by both principal partners to take, edit and select photos and place them in your player gallery. It is not a matter of dumping a memory card into a simple web site. We choose the photos. We edit/enhance the photos. And we re only charging you the price that we would charge you for a single sitting fee (just to make an appointment with you and be there to take shots) if this was any of our other photography businesses FOR THE ENTIRE SEASON. And the photos do not get on the memory card by magic. For much of the season, we are standing uncomfortably in the heat, sweltering on the sidelines working to get the shots we need. If you notice us standing there looking dazed on the sidelines and it s really hot, please feel free to bring us a cold drink and see if we need to sit down. Sometimes heat exhaustion slips up on us before we even realize it. Q: You must be making a ton of money on the program? A: We know a lot of people multiply numbers and think this. See the last question. No, we re not making a ton of money. If you look at what we use the money we make from the program, for us, most all of the money ends up being driven right back into the business. Every year we buy new equipment (lenses, computers, printers, paper, ink, cameras, flashes, etc.) that consume most all of the funding. We want to have all the best equipment to deliver the best production value to you. Additionally, there are some fixed costs every year (printing posters, etc.) that we spend money on with supplies and outside vendor costs. We always are looking at ways to improve our business by streamlining processes (like setting up the online store this year) to help us reduce our manual labor required (cutting hours from our time spent) so that we feel better about the money we do manage to make, but honestly, no one is getting rich off this program.

27 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: What kinds of photos will you take of my player? A: We endeavor to have a variety of shots from the season. These are some examples of the list of shots we will try to get: close ups of face in/out of helmet on sidelines with teammates player with coaches, especially in warm ups and on sidelines with chalk talks. action shots (work to try to get front-facing for majority of shots) position specific shots (QB throwing, K kicking/punting, offense blocking, etc.) YOUR REQUESTS (please let us know if there are specific types of shots you want more/less of) Q: What happens if my player gets injured during the season? A: We can discuss what you would like to happen. Perhaps you want us to continue to shoot them on the side lines. Perhaps you would like a pro-rated refund. Perhaps you would like free stuff from our a la carte offerings. We can work out most any deal you want, it has never been a problem in the past. Q: What if I don t see many player photos in any particular game of my player in their gallery? A: We are setting a goal of 10 great shots of a basic gallery customer player for any given game. If there is a game where this doesn t happen (player injury, didn t play, just missed seeing them on the field, etc.) we will make up for that with you by adding additional priority to your player in the next games. By the end of the season, we will have a gallery that features more than 100 great shots of your player. Additionally, ALL-STAR customers should have more of a focus for us than basic customers, so our ALL-STAR customers should expect to see more than most basic customers and we re going to set a goal of shots for their games. Q: What about sub-varsity players makes this different? A: As a sub-varsity player, your player may move between teams at times. We are RELYING ON YOU as the parent to notify us before a game with a text to one of us (please do not ) that they are playing on a different team than where we expect them to be because that s where they were last week. If your player is a double-dipper they may be at a varsity game also. We will look for those players and try to get shots of them in the varsity game or warm ups on a best-effort basis if you don t notify us. It will be easier if you text us to let us know to expect them that week in the varsity game as we can then make sure to get them there. Believe it or not, a lot of times the players don t know where your player is that week if they re not at their regular game (unless we happen to ask the right person.)

28 FOOTBALL POST-SEASON PLAY FOR GALLERY CUSTOMERS For POST-SEASON coverage of players, we have separately-sold coverage. There are as many as six post-season games to be played which is over half a season. Here is the scheme we use to calculate how many FREE games you are entitled to if you have been a gallery customer: you will get two free games for each year of ALL-STAR packages you have purchased for the player OR one free game for each year of BASIC packages you have purchased for the player we will notify you prior to game 9 of regular season how many you can expect to receive for free this season. You will need to purchase any additional games (OR use loyalty points to buy game coverage) from the a la carte items at $40 for a gallery customer rate. Each year, your free games are calculated from scratch (you earn more and more free games per year.) You should pay for any required post-season coverage by WEDNESDAY NIGHT of the week of the game. BUY your coverage NOW!!! FOR NON-GALLERY CUSTOMERS You can sign up to have post-season photos taken even if you were not a gallery customer, but at a higher rate as a non-gallery customer. (The non-gallery customer rate is $65 per game.) You should pay for post-season coverage by WEDNESDAY NIGHT of the week of the game. BUY your coverage NOW!!!
