Our Vacation Care Facility is located at the Baptist Community Church. Please find attached the program of events for these holidays, including an excursion consent form to be completed, as required, upon booking. Please also be aware of all incursions and associated costs through the holidays. Please complete an updated enrolment form that is attached if your child s enrolment form is more than 12 months old or go online to My Family Lounge and update enrolment form online. If you wish to book your child/ren into Vacation Care for this period, please complete The attached form and return to the office ASAP to allow for staff rostering and finalisation of excursions.
