To create the look of the card shown on the front: 1 2 To remove the Dazzles from the sheet, use your fingernail, the tip of a pen knife or tweezers to lift one corner. Then pull up slowly and evenly. Place the Dazzles center on your chosen paper. With your finger press down on the rest of the Dazzles. Notice on the card, the reindeer Dazzles is placed on brown paper then cut along the deer s edge. Then it was placed on green paper with a red mini brad nose. A black permanent pen is used to color in the harness. Peace is part of the Christmas Greetings Dazzles pack. Other ideas: If you placed your Dazzles on vellum, mesh, or a contrasting 3 paper cut around the outside. Then glue the Dazzles to your project. (Note: Mesh can be slightly lifted or curved.) The innies of the Dazzles can also be used but you ll need a Dazzles Transfer Sheet. First cut around the Dazzles innies 4 (the remains on the sheet once you have lifted an image) then lift off the excess gold. Place the Transfer Sheet on top. With a firm tool, like a craft stick or scissors handle, use pressure to rub over the Sheet. Turn the Sheet over and pull off the Dazzles paper backing. Place the Dazzles on paper, then use a paper piercer to poke the stitch-mark holes Follow the instructions on the insert to stitch with gold or silver metallic thread, or embroidery thread Designed to be stitched.but they look pretty un-stitched too. Pull one off the backing and place on your chosen paper. For easy stitching, poke a hole into each dot with a needle or pin. Use metallic thread or 1-2 strands of embroidery floss or sewing thread to stitch. Knot the end of the thread and stitch as shown below. After stitching, cut your paper to your chosen size or cut close to the Dazzles edge. Holding onto the thread, tighten the knot and push the needle through another hole close by. For the sflakes and pom poms: This Rhodes stitch 6 is easy, just follow 7 8 the numbers. Bring 5 your needle up at #1, 3 10 down at #2, up at #3, down 1 at #4, up at #5, down at #6 and so on until all holes are stitched. The stitches will cross in the center. The corners and small sflakes are not stitched. Eye not stitched For the buttons and hatband: Use simple cross stitches. Bring your needle up at #1, down at #2, up at #3, down at #4 and so on.
