A System Based on Statistics and NOT EMOTIONS I hear my clients use terms like This market SHOULD move higher I LIKE the way this market is acting here Could there be a more subjective, emotional way to view a market? StalkTheMarkets System generates trading signals based on proven techniques that have been used in the markets for decades. Trading with systems is the ONLY way I know to completely REMOVE the emotions that Investors feel. You know the FEAR and GREED. This has been proven OVER and OVER again in study after study and really is one of the main reasons investors reach retirement age EVERY YEAR in this country and are grossly UNDER prepared because their Buy and Hold strategy that they HOPE they can just SET and FORGET Please know THIS ISN T ENOUGH This is one of the MOST IMPORTANT decisions of your life so let s invest a little more time in it.

NOTE: Some of you have the version of the TrendChange that produce the SOS on the chart and some will have the TC on the chart They are finding the same trade setups / signals

6 6 Liberator_TrendChange Shows areas in the market That could produce low risk buy / sell signals Liberator_Strength helps visually show a market that is Losing its Strength And shows on the chart as LS1 and LS2 The LS1 and LS2 signals tend to Clump together and these are the higher probability signals 2. 08: Enable Sound Alert can be set to FALSE if a trader prefers NO AUDIO alert when conditions are met 1. 05: Number of bars beyond is defaulted to 1 (change to 1 if not) and then you can RIGHT CLICK then left click on the Set to Default

7 7 Now let s look at each of the trading indicators applied to the charts: SOS and TC are showing the SAME information and an opportunity to produce a Counter_trend Buy / Sell signal. LS1 Buy and LS2 Buy clusters occur at the Support / Resistance zones for more technical confirmation of Buy / Sell signals.

9 9 NOW let s take this one step further and add the Liberator_VolBands indicator 2 times SETTINGS FOR VolBands1

Minute OR look at Daily Charts and after scrolling back on your charts find 20 instances of TrendChange / LS1 & LS2 Clusters.

11 11 Here is the new chart using the Chart Template named: SL_LiberatorBASE_5 This lesson focuses on RECOGNITION of Bull and Bear Rotations with the LiberatorFX Trading System Adjust your time frame on the chart of your choice to 60 / 120 or 240 Minute OR look at Daily Charts and after scrolling back on your charts find 20 instances of TrendChange / LS1 & LS2 Clusters. I like to see these occur within 5 bars of each other [Typically the SOS / TC will occur FIRST followed within 5 bars by LS1 / LS2]

12 12 Of the 20 or 30 events where you see these conditions met for clusters how many times did the system signals a swing HIGH or a swing LOW in the market?

13 13 Now let s add the t2u_dynamicsr levels and look for further confluence of technical indicators. First we ll add what we ll call the DSR Major levels and these levels will be set to 4x Four Times the value of the Trading Time Frame Chart [IF you are trading a 5 minute chart then set the DSR Major to 5 x 4 or 20 Minutes] Remember that we are pulling the DSR levels from a Higher Time Frame and plotting them on the Trading Time Frame chart. This allows us to trade at / near Key Support / Resistance levels without having to scroll from one chart to the next and we ve REMOVED all discretion from our Higher Time Frame [HTF] analysis! Now let s look at the DSR Chart

15 15 Now we can add the t2u_dynamicsr indicator a second time to the chart and use a 2x multiplier to show DSR Minor levels. If we are trading on a 5 range chart then we use 2 times the Trading Time Frame [5Range] and set the DSR Minor levels to 10 Range
