Timer is involved only in assessing whether multiplier value comes back to 1 or not. Spikes in measured bus frequency Tests 2B and 2Cii PowerWorld and TSAT spikes in measured bus frequency at time of trip. Tests 2B and 2Cii PSLF Step rise in bus voltage Tests 2Ci and 2Cii PSS E Possible numerical robustness issue General issue: PowerWorld Value of frequency trip threshold is required in Hz, but GUI dialog mentions per unit. 6

Continue Tests 1, 2 and 6 based on feedback from these first set of tests. PSS E and PowerWorld have provided updated DLLs which address most of the issues observed. Upon receiving updated DLLs for GE-PSLF and TSAT, these tests will be re-run. Timeline for completion January Start discussion on roadmap for second phase of testing to test numerical robustness of the model. 3.
