Y/N Mailing Address: Workshop notes: It is recommended (but not required) that you bring: a DSLR camera, preferably Nikon or Canon, interchangeable lenses, extra batteries, memory cards, card reader, and a laptop. For the editing portion, we will work mostly in Lightroom with hand edits and presets. This is our favorite editing software if you would like more info on purchasing, you can own it with the Creative Cloud for as little as $10/month. Follow the link: **Please note: it is NOT required to have Lightroom for this workshop. We also encourage you to bring a water bottle, tennis shoes, jacket, or sweater for our Friday night/saturday afternoon outdoor courses. Our studio heater also doesn t like to behave sometimes, so it s good to have layers just in case Spring in South Dakota means it could be snowy, rainy, sunny, windy, or muddy, so we recommend wearing tennis shoes and clothing that can withstand a small amount of hiking. Dinner and refreshments will be provided as part of the workshop fee for Friday evening. A small breakfast and refreshments will be also be provided on Saturday. Saturday s lunch is not provided, but our studio is only a short distance from Culvers, Subway, and Soul Food Bistro. Feel free to bring a lunch to the workshop if you prefer. Deposit: a $50 deposit reserves your space for the workshop. The remaining balance will be due at check-in on Friday. Cash/check/credit are all accepted forms of payment. If you wish to pay a deposit via credit card, please include the following information with your form: card number, exp date, 3-digit security code, billing zip code.

Our studio address is: 2525 Paramount Drive, Unit 201. Please do not mail to this address! It will be returned to you. Parking: Friday night, parking should not be much of an issue in front of our studio. For Saturday, if the parking lot starts to fill up, there is an overflow lot from the convention center just to the right of our building. Lodging: If you need lodging while you re attending our workshop, the Holiday Inn Express is just up above our studio. We are also right across the street from the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites. All hotels are within walking distance of our studio. Images from the workshop: we hope you get the chance to take your photography to the next level with this workshop, and please feel free to share your images on social media! We just ask you reference that they were taken at a Natural Escape Photography workshop. Otherwise, they are your images for your personal use and you re welcome to use them as you wish. And be sure to add your logo for personal advertizing! Our models for the courses have signed a consent form so you can share any images you capture. Check-in: Friday, March 31 st at 4:00 5:00 pm Class fee: $175 + tax ($125 + tax after deposit is paid) *Course fee includes access to the entire weekend and all courses, dinner, refreshments, breakfast, and a course workbook. By signing this form and sending it with your deposit, you are agreeing that you will do everything you can to join us for a super fun weekend of photography, learning, and new friends on March 31 April 1 st.
