Deposit $100 IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ If you are a clothing brand and your outfits exceed 5 changes there will be additional charges. There will be no charge to remove Maximilian logo but there will be a charge to receive full rights to the images of $150 which will prohibit Maximilian Photography from posting the images or marketing off them. For brands that are not beauty related (makeup, hair, etc...) if possible please have models makeup and hair ready before shoot. If you wish to add any additional cost to this package please look below. Once calculated your balance you will be asked to make 50% deposit of your total. Extra models: $50 each ( in Maximilian studio maximum 5 models ) Extra edits: $20 each (if it exceeds 10 new edits it will reduce to $10 each ) Extra hours: $10 each hour Extra clothing: please discuss this with Photographer Shoots that are not in Maximilian Studio will be charged additional $150 ( price may increase or decrease depending on equipment required and distance of location ) 1min video teaser $250 WWW. 4 WEDDING PACKAGES $2, Deposit $1,000 Wedding Photography Your wedding is photographed by Maximilian, as well as a second experienced wedding photographer. They are with you for seven consecutive hours. Lighting equipment will be provided with still images. Extra time is available at $ per hour. You will receive the following with your wedding package: You will receive a 8x10 Framed retouched image of your choice You will also receive a USB Memory stick with full resolution jpeg files of all your images, without watermarks There are no limits to the number of images taken, nor are there limits to the number of locations we will visit during the day. (Outside the G.T.A. travel charges may apply.) $ Deposit $250 Wedding Photography Your wedding is photographed by one experienced wedding photographer. They are with you for two hours. Extra time is available at $ per hour. You will receive the following with your wedding package: You will also receive a USB Memory stick with full resolution jpeg files of all your images Without watermarks Twenty retouched images (photographers choice) There are no limits to the number of images taken Maximum two locations. 5 COMPANY POLICIES *There will also be additional charges for tardiness, and spectators. If you are 30 minutes late without a considerably good explanation you will be charged an additional $10. If you do plan to bring more then to observe your photo session that person or yourself will be charged an Additional $10. *You must make a deposit to maximilianbook@hotmail.com or you may do a drop off or direct deposit by the bank. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. You are only allowed to reschedule twice anything further will be an additional charge of $50 extra *To remove just the Maximilian Toonz Watermark/logo from your images will be an extra charge of $25. *The balance of your package must be paid day of the photo-shoot. *All shoots must be booked in 2 weeks advance last minute shoots will be charged an extra $20. Please Note that if you do decide to reschedule your shoot you must deposit the remaining balance and you must reschedule in the same month as your first booking. *To Prohibit Maximilian Toonz Photography from posting your photo-session images on any social network and or any published/online magazine there will be an additional cost of $150 with a release form provided by either Maximilian or client. *It takes 2-3 weeks to completely edit all pictures because of the high volume of edits that must be completed. If you wish to receive the edits earlier please notify Maximilian and make arrangements. *Images are ed using dropbox or Google drive your images remain on the server for 3 days you must download the images immediately before the deadline if you like to keep the images on the server for a longer period of time an extra charge of $20 for additional 3 days. *Sessions are kept on the main hard drive for 2 months to resend old sessions there will be a fee of $50 if the session is still available. DOES IT COST EXTRA TO DO A PHOTOSHOOT OUTDOORS? Yes there will be an additional Charge of $ CAD Price may change depending on location, and amount of equipment needed. DO YOU DO VIDEOS? we only do 1 min teaser videos not music videos or videos for weddings. DO YOU DO PRODUCT SHOTS? Unfortunately we don t specialize in that field. DO YOU TAKE PICTURES AT EVENTS?
