Our staff looks forward to providing you with outstanding quality and expert service. PSS Imaging features the latest Digital Equipment and Technology. You have been pre-scheduled an appointment ON YOUR CAMPUS. If you need to reschedule your appointment please call the studio. Your appointment time has been noted on the session information that was included with this letter. If you have already scheduled an appointment please call us to make sure we have cancelled your prescheduled appointment. PSS Imaging staff will be on your campus Wednesday June 12 th thru Thursday June 20 th. If you do not wish to take your portraits during this time, you may also choose to call our studio and reschedule your Senior Portrait Sitting at our Studio in Anaheim. PSS Imaging is the only authorized photographer to provide your school s yearbook staff with photographs to be included in your school s yearbook. It is very important that you have your pictures taken either at our studio or at your school. Remember do not delay, appointments fill up fast. You will need to pay for your session at the time of your appointment. If you want to pay for your appointment by credit card you must bring it to your appointment: Credit card information is not kept on file. We are pleased to announce PSS Imaging has been selected as the contracted photographer for your school! Our staff looks forward to providing you with outstanding quality and expert service. Remember, your yearbook staff accepts only portraits taken by our studio for the 2014 yearbook. If you do not have access to internet please call the studio to book your appointment at (714) All sessions must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. No refunds. Retakes are $50. (These packages include prepaid prints) ELITE SENIOR SESSION (ES): $550 Looking for the Ultimate Senior Session? Please see attached paperwork for more details. Must book by August 10th, SENIOR IMAGE SESSION (SIS): $299 SENIOR PORTRAIT SESSION (SPS): $165 Print Size Options: Choose four sizes from o 1-8x10 list and one pose to be o 2-5x7 retouched for each size o 4-4x5 selected. o 8-2x3 Wallets Includes 12-5x7 Graduation Announcements (Opt. A or B) Proofs will be uploaded to our website within 48 hours and you have 14 days from the time of your appointment to choose the photo that goes into the yearbook. Retouching for the yearbook is included. Includes Images with an optional 4 head and shoulder images in CAP & GOWN (provided by PSS Imaging) or CHANGE OF CLOTHES. You will be photographed on 3 other backgrounds for full length, three quarter and head shots. Includes a copyright released CD which allows you to make your own portraits and easily share to social networks! Retouching for the yearbook is included. This session includes 6-8 images on the yearbook background. PSS Imaging will choose and submit your best yearbook picture for you. Retouching for the yearbook photo is included. Proofs are not uploaded online. This session includes 2-3 images on the yearbook background. YEARBOOK & CAP AND GOWN SESSION (YCGS): $99 Proofs will be uploaded to our website within 48 hours and you have 14 days from the time of your appointment to choose the photo that goes into the yearbook. Retouching for the yearbook is included. This session includes 6-8 images on the yearbook background & 6-8 head and shoulder poses in cap & gown. No substitutions. --Additional Options-(Add onto ANY session) CAP AND GOWN OR PERSONALITY SESSION (CG OR PS): $50 Want a full session of your student in a cap and gown or change of clothes? You may be photographed in your letterman s jacket, cheer outfit, sports uniform, with a musical instrument, family pet, friend (limit of 4 people) or you may be photographed in a cap and gown (provided by PSS Imaging in the school colors). For Cap and Gown pictures it is suggested that guys wear neckties and a collared shirt. This session includes 8-10 full-length, three quarter and head shots of your student in a Cap & Gown OR change of clothes. DO NOT FORGET to go online ( to schedule a Senior Photography session that works best for you! You can also call our studio if you do not have internet access. When you schedule your appointment a credit card is required to reserve your appointment and will be charged $25.00 that will go towards your session fee. This amount will be applied to whatever session you choose at the time of your appointment. If you do not show up to your appointment or if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance the $25 will be kept as a no show fee. You can also mail in a $25 payment in advance including your students name, school and appointment date. The Credit card information is not kept on file. All proofs will be uploaded online to our website at Paper proofs available upon request for $25.00 includes tax and shipping. All prices include session fees. If you cannot keep your appointment time, please use the rescheduling link in your appointment confirmation or call us at the studio to reschedule. (714) Monday-Friday 10:00am-5:00pm. 24 Hour notice is required for cancellations and all rescheduling or the $25 charge will be kept as a no show fee. If you want to pay for your appointment using the credit card used to hold your appointment, you will need to bring it with you. YOUR APPOINTMENT IS: Appointment times are approximate.
