8 FAQ Can you tell my brand story as well? Yes, I would LOVE to! We can talk through what parts of your process and what spaces/moments would be important to capture and design a shoot around that so you have a full complement of brand story images to visually tell your story across all online platforms. What do I wear? During our personal consultation, we can Facetime or Skype to review your options and make recommendations. I want you to feel your most vibrant and confident. I make recommendations on looks and variations that will be the most flattering and will help you stand out in the way you want to be seen in your professional portraits. I have a sensitivity around a physical issue. What can we do about that? Let s talk it through. I guide you through posing that is the most flattering for your body type. If you have a facial side preference or concern, we will design a posing flow with that in mind. Do you come to me? I capture your personal branding portraits in my studio to give you optimal range of choices in our 90-minute session. I can absolutely come on site and do offer on-location shoots to capture more lifestyle portraits of you in your professional/creative element. Those packages are our Inner Light Portraits that showcase your creative light in a more diverse setting. 9 Can I bring someone with me to be in the photos with me? Absolutely, after your personal branding session, we can take images with your friend/colleague together. Are hair and makeup offered? This is about you looking your best as you do naturally, not a transformation into a look that might be more for special occasions. I do discuss styling choices and provide wardrobe consultation both ahead of time and in your session. And we tweak details on site so you always look your best. We can bring in a hair and makeup artist for an extra fee. Do I get all the digital files? I share selects with you to choose from, and generally, we find that around 20 images provides a good range of looks and expressions for your online presence. You will have web-sized digital files of your selects. Can I print from those files? They are sized for web, so 4X6 prints would be fine. If you would like keepsake prints or wall portraits, we offer prints, matted prints, reveal box and leather portfolio as well as wall portraits. Do you guarantee delight? We offer exquisite service and we will be connected all through the process, so you will see as we are creating and we can tweak as we feel would be best. Do you offer a payment plan? I split payment in two. Half upon booking confirms our shoot date. That is non-refundable if you cancel, but we can always reschedule and the deposit holds the booking. Half upon the shoot date. If you wish for prints after you see your images, we can schedule delivery of those so the payment timing works for you. Can I bring my dog? I love dogs &love making portraits with your dog. I have a studio pup as well. Let s talk about the images you want with your pup during our consultation as we design your shoot. Can I book online? First, we have a personal consultation with you to chat through how you want to be seen, your desired uses for the images, the looks you have in mind.
