3 ESTIMATED CHARGES AND FEES This section presents a breakdown of the fees charged, or the ones can be charged. 1. ARTISTIC FEES. This includes my time, skills, knowledge, education, amortization of basic equipment, knowledge of location and responsibility of staff, about the project and my utility. 2. ASSISTANTS, STYLISTS AND OTHER STAFF. It includes charges for my Assistant or stylists or other contracted personnel. (It does not apply) 3. CHARGES FOR TRAVEL OR TRANSFERS. These are the charges related to travel or move to the location where the shooting was developed. 4. OTHER CHARGES. Including charges for configuration of lights, sets, lighting test and test color, monitor, srgb, etc. 5. SUPPLIES/POSTPOCESSING/DIGITAL COSTS. These are the charges and costs per download and upload files, Onedrive, classification of files, basic editing, transfer of files, etc. 6. DIGITAL RETOUCHING AND CONFIGURATION FILES. This is a charge by the time editing and manipulating images above and beyond what has been done in standard laboratories. Based on an average of $90 per hour of editing and professional digital retouching. 7. TAXES. All taxes, deduction or withholding must be added to the total price. 8. UNFORESEEN. Provides an additional 10% for unforeseen events that they may be uploaded if they should exist. IT IS NOT INCLUDE IN THIS PROPOSAL. 9. CHARGES FOR USE OF THE IMAGES. These are additional charges based on the use of the delivered images. It is about the misuse or other applications involving the violation of copyright owned by the photographer. This is specified in the contract. 10. TOTAL COSTS OF THE PROJECT Based on the information provided by the client, the initial cost is $1,690.oo (Only Photos) ((* Conditions and restrictions may apply) 11. CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ABOUT COSTS * Value for amount of photos, installation and photographic production in a single location. * The first hour begins from the time of citation in the place agreed upon, independent of when effectively start the activity, from the time served will be charged a fee of $390 per additional hour. Depending on the number of additional times the number of delivered pictures can increase according to an average equivalence.

4 12. PAYMENT. The signing of this contract, the customer booking the day, hour and place in which the photographer provides the agreed service, at the same time making a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost of service delivery. No date is reserved until the client has signed and made the payment. The balance will be cancelled one week prior to the shooting, in some cases at the time of delivery of the photographic work to the customer. Not surrendered the customer prints, advances or any other obligation until the balance has been cancelled. The photographer will keep a copy of the photos in the form of BACKUP in an environment of support (DVD). Since over time any backup media loses its reliability in use, the photographer is not responsible for any loss of data at the time. The customer can request a copy of photos at any time, upon payment of the service of copying, provided that the DATA is available. Photographer recommended customer to make one or more copies of the supplied DVD, in other media present or future. It is understood that the contracted photographer is the only official photographer that provide the service specified in this contract. Under no circumstances will be allowed another photographer to take official photographs of the wedding. Video recording equipment are not allowed to take some photography equipment to the event. Family and friends are welcome to take any image you wish provided they not intervene with the creative work. There will be a period 10 days after carried out for delivery by the photographer shooting the photographs that make up the work, so that the client can make a pre-selection of the same customer. After your event, you will receive an with a direct link to the photos. Gallery images will be optimized for web viewing and not for print.

5 Final photos will be delivery in a suitable period between 2 to 6 weeks (maximum), in a digital medium. The most important photos will be online for viewing by client or persons close to them in the portfolio of the photographer. The photographer will deliver to customer the final files in JPG format in high resolution (for small prints 1280 px long side) and high resolution (for WEB). The customer has the permission of the photographer to print photographs deemed appropriate from the gallery that was handed. The photographer is not responsible for the quality of the photos that the client prints. Their responsibility for the quality and the service is limited to printed photos that have contracted to deliver according to the type of service that has been agreed upon under this agreement. If the client wishes you can ask more hard copies, which will have an additional fee according to tariff by photo size. The photographer is legally exonerated of any subsequent modification that is made to the delivered images. The photographer reserves the right to print of any photograph for personal use only. The photographer keeps the title and Legal ownership of all images. Images delivered to the customer are only for your personal use. The photographer reserves the right to use promotional images for use in printed or visual media. SLIDESHOW, DVD, ALBUM (applies according to the contracted service): the images to be used in Material for digital publication will be selected by the photographer, as well as its presentation, special effects and background music. 14. RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE CLIENT Photographer recommends that the client appoints a family member that might indicate the photographer people are important, and who want to be photographed during the event and will not be responsible for not photographing desired people if it is not assisted in identifying these people. The Photographer is not responsible for key characters do not appear or cooperate during the photo sessions or images not taken due to unrevealed details to the photographer. Photographic timeline and the methodology selected by the photographer are designed to achieve the goals and desires of the customer in a way that appeals to the parties involved. The client agrees that such cooperation and timeliness are essential for that purpose. 13. LIMITATIONS Although the photographer try each required photo specifically for the customer, this meant that a wedding or similar event can become a series of events without control, due to external issues such as changing atmospheric conditions, the natural light that is available, time constraints, as well as the cooperation of the people involved directly and indirectly. Because of this the photographer cannot guarantee that all the required photos will be taken. The photographer is limited by the rules of the place where carry out the ceremony and the reception. The customer agrees to accept the technical results of these impositions on the photographer. Negotiations with the person (s) responsible for those rules to their alteration are the responsibility of the customer. The only photographer will offer technical recommendations. Customer is responsible for the scheduling and receives permission for the use of the different locations for the shooting that he requires to have. If the photographer cannot meet this contract due to any emergency, Act of God or another issue beyond the control of the parties, the photographer will make every effort to find professional replacements that comply with the expectations raised initially by the client and the characteristics of the commercial proposal that comprised the present contract or returns the quantity delivered by the customer in case of not resolving this circumstance. In the event any photographic material is damaged in the process or there is a loss of digital data, the photographer will not have greater responsibility than the return of the amount delivered by the customer. At the time of signing this contract and paying in advance of the event, the photographer will reserve the date agreed upon in this agreement, and shall not make any other reservations for that date. For this reason, unless the photographer can completely replace the booking in case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable, even if the event is postponed or cancelled. The customer can rest assured that the photographer will make every reasonable effort to ensure a replacement work. This paragraph is except the cases provided for in clause for serious emergencies.

6 14. LICENSE OF USE: Retail License client s own personal use, Not Commercial use. The signing of this contract involves total understanding and acceptance of the parties the undersigned. Any modification (or annexes) to this contract must be signed by both parties. SERIOUS EMERGENCIES they fall into this category injuries or serious illnesses (of any of the Contracting Parties), or their families nearby, acts that have caused this agreement to be void and invalid. The photographer would return any quantity delivered and not be paying any materials used or time incurred while preparing for the photos. If required by the affected Party, arose the relevant documentation in written form that causes of the emergency. Any party can invoke this clause at any time before the wedding. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
