2 DESCRIPTION TAB Entering Metadata in Photoshop (For Freelancers) Author Enter the name of the photographer. Author Title Enter the photographer s position relative to NJMG. Anthony Bianciella Freelance Photographer Fund raiser, Jovannie Lorenzo, is shown at her home in 2015 in Teaneck. Photo taken for (201) Personal Style. Description Enter the caption info to describe the who, what, when and why about the image. Copyright Notice Enter the notice that claims the intellectual property of the image. Use copyright symbol, year the photo was taken and the copyright owner. In the same field, enter the licensing parameters for the image. Staff photographers enter Exclusive Rights NJMG. If you took the image, enter Self. If the image was supplied by another party or agency, identify the source (e.g. ABC PR Agency).
