You will be given the Tracking Number upon termination of the artwork ready to be sent, and we are not in any manner responsible for lost, damaged and delayed parcels. P&P (Post & Packaging) includes the costs for bubble wrap, cardboard box, shrink wrap, securing angles and corners, double seal or reinforced envelope costs. 5 *Reinforced envelope Typically for regular sized Artworks. E.g. An A4, 20x30cm (8 x12 ) or an A3, 30x40cm (12 x16 ) on paper, paper prints or paper canvases. The Artwork will be shrink wrapped and packed in a reinforced envelope. Double boxed Packaging used for Framed/Unframed Painting or Custom Artworks on Boxed or Stretched Canvas. Step 1, the angles and corners of the Artwork will be reinforced to secure a safe journey. Step 2, the Artwork will be shrink wrapped to diminish any further damage, the Artwork can be damaged if other packing materials are directly in contact with the paint or media used (useful for mixed media or 3D artworks). Step 3, the Artwork will be secured in its first custom box, made accurately with cardboard. Step 4, before sealing the first custom box, the latter will be filled with packing peanuts to ensure the least movement of the Artwork inside it. Step 5, the first custom box will be bubble wrapped. Step 6, and finally the last step, the Artwork will be clothed with the last custom box, where the delivery address will be shown. These are all the steps required to deliver max of 1 artwork per delivery, and this process is included in the prices of P&P shown above. 5
