3 Croissant Sock 100 grams/490 yards 100% Superwash Merino A 2 ply construction, nicely plied with a lovely drape when blocked and worn. Takes the dye deeply and beautifully. My favorite for shawls. MSRP: $28/Wholesale $14 Filo Sock 115 grams/378 yards 80/10/10 Superwash Merino/ Cashmere/Nylon This is a truly luxurious and gorgeous MCN sock yarn. It has a lovely sheen and wears and knits beautifully. MSRP: $33/Wholesale $16.50

4 Beignet Sock 115 grams/434 yards A Merino/Bamboo/Nylon (60/30/10) yarn which is plied into a round and substantial yarn. There is a slight heathering effect on the dye due to the bamboo content. This is a beautiful yarn for lightweight sweaters and shawls yet it also makes gorgeous socks. MSRP: $28/Wholesale $14 Rye Sock 100 grams/438 yards This lovely yarn blends merino/ yak/nylon for a light weight fingering yarn which is so soft yet plied to stand wear and tear in garments. Yak provides a natural gray/brown hue to the yarn that takes dye differently than natural cream colored yarns--it makes colors rich and deep. MSRP: $30/Wholesale $15

5 Sugarcookie Sock 115 grams/409 yards 92% superwash merino/8% Lurex. This is a round 4 ply yarn, tightly plied with the silver toned Lurex barber pole throughout the skein. It looks fabulous with darker shades dyed on it and provides plenty of sparkle for those special projects which require a bit of bling, without being scratchy. MSRP $30/Wholesale $15 Petit Fours Sock 100 grams/437 yards This is a luxury yarn, a 3 ply blend of merino/silk/cashmere (70/20/10). A wonderful staple DK yarn, great for all kinds of garments. I chose this yarn for the way it dyes up and the way it knits up. It will show off stitches and cables well. MSRP: $28/Wholesale $14

8 Palmiere DK 100 grams/231 yards Superwash Merino/ Cashmere/Nylon (80/10/10) 4 ply construction. A very soft, round, and bouncy yarn. Takes the dye gorgeously. MSRP: $33/Wholesale $16.50 Shortbread DK 115 grams/331 yards 85/15% Merino/Silk This is a round and bouncy yarn with a subtle sheen from the silk. I love this yarn for sweaters and cabled patterns. 9 Cannoli Worsted 115 grams/210 yards 100% Superwash Merino. Round and soft 4 ply construction. Dyes beautifully and wears well. MSRP: $28/Wholesale $14 Granola Bar Aran 100 grams/183 yards 85/15% Superwash Merino/cotton neps. This aran weight yarn is naturally oatmeal colored with dark brown and black tweed flecks. It is a lofty and soft yarn tweed perfect for hats and sweaters and mittens. MSRP: $28/Wholesale $14

10 Cream Puff Bulky 162 grams/150 yards 100% Superwash Merino, 4 ply soft and squishy yarn perfect for quick projects. Larger than most bulky skeins so that there is enough yardage to complete a project. MSRP: $40/Wholesale $20

11 Terms and Conditions for Wholesale Accounts Thank you for your interest in Kim Dyes Yarn! I am an indie dyer located in Northern Virginia and dye each skein by hand in my home studio. I try not to make things too complicated for us, running our businesses is complicated enough! Here we go: * I ask that you are a brick and mortar yarn or craft store or have an online storefront. No coop or group orders, please. * No minimum orders are required. I do ask you order in quantities of 4 skeins per colorway/base. * I will provide an MSRP for each yarn I carry. I ask that if you carry my yarn in your store, you do not excessively or routinely discount it below this MSRP. In return, I will not run excessive discounts or sales in my online storefront or at fiber shows. * New accounts require pre-payment of 50% of your order at the time you place your order. The remaining 50% and shipping costs will be due when your order is ready to ship. Once we have established a relationship, I will be happy to bill the total of your order when it s ready to ship. This is subjective to my discretion. * I will be happy to list your store name and location on my website. In addition, I will provide social media support for your store on my Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and newsletters.

12 * I will accept new wholesale accounts at my discretion. There may be times when new accounts are placed on a waitlist if my workload is heavy enough that I can t provide acceptable turnaround times. * My labels or other branding identifiers must remain on the products on your sale floor. * If, at any time, I don t feel we are good at working together, I reserve the right to terminate your wholesale account. This includes not abiding by the above terms and conditions. * I will keep you updated on new products or developments at Kim Dyes Yarn. I hope to hear from you soon!

13 How to Order (I m currently working on a website design which will streamline this process for us. Stay tuned. In the meantime, please be patient, I will try to make this easy as possible for you.) You may view colorways at I add to or edit this page as I retire colorways or add new ones. If you would like to see my most current work, check out my Instagram: To place your order, please Kim@Kimdyesyarn.com and we can discuss the yarns you would like to order. When things have been finalized, I will issue an invoice for your order and a turnaround time. Please note that some times are busier than others in order volume and your order will be dyed in the order in which it was received. Payment is acceptable via check, Paypal, credit cards via Square. Once your order has been placed, I cannot accept cancellations. I purchase my supplies based on the quantity of your orders. Custom colorways are an option if you have a special event or would like something unique for your customers. Please note custom colorways will have a minimum order quantity of 50 skeins. Your custom colorway is never dyed for any other retailer or for my sales avenues. You have the naming rights for your custom colorway as long as my branding and labels remain on the yarn. However, I remain the right to decline a custom colorway if I feel it isn t

14 representative of my work. Also, please don t ask me to copy another dyer s work. Once you receive your order from Kim Dyes Yarn, please contact me within 7 days if there are any issues with your order.
