3 Overview The 2015-Q3 Geocoding Data Hotfix is being released as the second part of CRA Wiz and Fair Lending Wiz Version 7.1 Geocoding Update. IMPORTANT: If you have not yet applied the Interactive Geocoder Hotfix, do so before applying this 2015-Q3 Geocoding Data Hotfix. For more information, refer to the CRA Wiz and Fair Lending Wiz 7.1 Geocoding Update: Interactive Geocoder Hotfix installation instructions. The 2015-Q3 Geocoding Data contained a handful of county and census tracts that the US Census has released in since the 2010 Census. The FFIEC has not adopted these changes, therefore applying this hotfix will prevent the new tracts and county codes from being returned when geocoding in the application. For more information about the US Census changes that have not been adopted by the FFIEC, refer to the following links: Who should install This update is recommended for institutions using CRA Wiz and Fair Lending Wiz Version 7.1 and who are submitting CRA and HMDA data for Activity Year Where to install This hotfix updates the 2015-Q3 Geocoding data with a single file, Invalid FIPs.csv. Note: The 2015 Geocoding Data installer will write new files to the path location for geocoding data by default at: C:\Program Files (x86)\wolters Kluwer Financial Services\Geocoding Data 2010 Prerequisites CRA Wiz and Fair Lending Wiz Q3 Geocoding Data and the Interactive Geocoding Hotfix are required to install this update. Required permissions The installer will write new files to the local directory of the CRA Wiz application, by default C:\Program Files (x86)\wolters Kluwer Financial Services. Local administrator privileges are recommended for this installation. Required free disk space Negligible less than 1 GB Approximate install time Five (5) minutes 3

4 Installation To begin installation of the 2015-Q3 Geocoding Data Hotfix, follow these steps: 1. Download the Hotfix. 2. Double-click the 2015-Q3GeocodingDataHotfix.exe file. The installer displays the Welcome screen. 3. Follow the directions for each of the following screens. 4

5 Welcome Screen Click the Next button: The software displays the Geocoding Data Folder screen. 5

6 Geocoding Data Folder Screen You use the Geocoding Data Folder screen to select the location of your geocoding data installation (ie, the folder where your geocoding data is installed). To select your geocoding data location, follow these steps: 1. Click the Change button: 6

7 The software displays the Choose Folder dialog box: 2. Use the list box to navigate to and select your geocoding data installation location: 7

8 3. Click the OK button. The software closes the Choose Folder dialog box. 4. In the Geocoding Data Folder screen, click the Next button: The software displays the Ready to Install screen. 8

9 Ready to Install the Program Screen You use the Ready to Install screen to begin the installation: Click the Install button. The installer displays the Setup Status screen. 9

10 Setup Status Screen The Setup Status screen displays a progress bar that reports the progress of the installation. When the installation is complete, the installer displays the Setup Complete screen. 10

11 Setup Complete Screen Click the Finish button. Installation is complete. 11

12 Confirming installation To confirm installation, do the following: 1. Locate the InvalidFips.csv file located in your geodata folder (ie, location of your geocoding data). Note: The location of this folder will vary depending on your CRA Wiz and Fair Lending Wiz installation. If you do not know the location of the geodata folder, contact your departmental or institution computer support staff. 2. Confirm that this file has a last modified date of 1/14/
