2 Company profile 2 Saipamalleable.co (SMCo.) is one of the leading Iranian foundries involved in designing, producing and supplying the highest quality cast iron parts. SMCo was established in 1965 for manufacturing all types of casting parts especially for commercial and passenger car industries. The foundry capacity is 47,500 tons/year in iron casting parts and 5000 tons/year in Aluminum casting parts. Beside the domestic market SMCo has well known experiences in export to Europe (Italy, Germany, France, and Turkey). The company is committed to meet the customer requirements employing highly skilled personnel and applying modern technology. In addition to quality, environment and safety also our main concerns, we have fulfilled all the relevant regulation and standards. 3 SMCo has three main and independent manufacturing plants and several supporting units. In order to support the production lines other facilities has been set up in the company that includes: Melting shop Core making shop (cold box system) Pattern shop Cleaning shop And also Quality assurance & engineering department To ensure the customer satisfaction there are specific control and checks on all production processes and products. QA department is equipped with accurate measuring tools to guarantee that SMCo products are reliable.
