2 Our History: 1995, Mr. George Cheung established Sun On Plastic Moulding Ltd in HK, about 50 employees; 1997, took over Chuang Xin Hui Metal and Plastic in Ping Hu, shenzhen city; 1999, acquired Shen Hui Hardware & Electronics 2004, expand surface treatment in Letop printing and painting 2005, obtained the ISO 9001 certification 2013, the employees reach to 900 persons; 2015, obtained the ISO/TS16949 certification 2016, a new precision tooling shop is in operation

3 Our Service: Own tooling shop with 380 persons. 1-component plastic injection: 79 Machine up to 1200 Tons. 2-components plastic injection: 10 Machine up to 600 Tons Hybrid-parts with metal insert. CNC machining parts Die casting (Aluminum, Zinc) parts: 8 Machine up to 800 Tons Surface treatment: Powder coating, painting, silk printing, anodizing, Chrome. Partial assembly
