18 Production Process- Powdercoating Internal powdercoating line with precoating treatment baths. (hot degreasing, DI rinsing, pickling, Ti/Zr coating and drying) Two different powdercoating chambers gives flexibility to use two different colour powders at a time. Parts with and without paint protection (masking) are coated with electrostatic spray guns. Robot automation in one chamber. Automatic conveyor band gives high capacity with good process control. Powder baking oven is working with natural gas. All coating line is controlled electronically from LCD screens Ozay Dokum 18

19 Product Warehouses Between these production process steps, semi- finished goods are stored in our semi-finished goods warehouse with all the process information entered to the process cards on the metal boxes. After all the production steps are finished, Oz-Ay Fluid Transfer Equipment and OEM products are stored in our finished-goods warehouse until the shipments to the customers Ozay Dokum 19
