One housing fi ts #6 4/0 cable. CL Series NEMA 1 CLS Series and CLM Series inline connectors have a non-conductive retaining screw which passes through the metal contact and fastens at both ends to the retaining ring, providing maximum resistance to excessive torque loading. Constructed of solid weatherproof materials, all CLS and CLM products are UL listed, CSA listed, NEMA 3R and NEMA 4 rated for wet locations. All CL, CLS and CLM Series products mate precisely with all other manufacturers cam products. CL panel mount devices are constructed of super tough nylon housing which will not chip or crack under extreme temperatures and impact conditions. The unique mounting system permits the use of self tapping stainless screws. No lock washers or nuts to try and hold during assembly. Our Bates UltraDur connectors are manufactured from a extreme temperature tolerant nylon compound. This UltraDur Nylon performs in extreme temperatures to 500 deg F and is highly durable and resilient to punishing impacts. Bates stage pin connectors offer years of reliable service in the most demanding environments. Our pins are crafted from solid brass rod machined to +/ " tolerance while allowing the pins to float which allows positive alignment and pin contact which is critical to device life. Precision slotted and crimped female contacts are sized to provide constant spring contact pressure even when the pins are damaged. The 2 piece strain relief accommodates a wide range of wire sizes. All 20A bates stage pin inlines are available with clear or colored tops while the stage pin panel mounts can be ordered in specific colors. 100A 250V stage pins are available in yellow to denote the unique voltage rating. Our Group 5 products continue to be precision machined from high temperature phenolic material. Our phenolic is the highest quality available today.
