(DE) Allen Sinai is Chief Global Economist, Strategist, and President of Decision Economics, Inc. (DE), a global economics and financial markets information support and advisory firm. He is responsible for the firm s research, forecasts, and strategy advice. Founded in 1996, DE is located in New York, Boston and London. For well over three decades, Dr. Sinai has served a wide variety of organizations and decisionmakers in the United States and abroad as an analyst, forecaster, educator and economic policy, strategy, and financial markets adviser. He has a long history of combining pure academic research, model building and applied forecasting, investment and business experience in providing information support and advice to all kinds of senior level decisionmakers. He has been consulted by various Administrations from both political parties on key economic and policy issues, has often testified before Congress, and meets regularly with senior level policymakers from many countries. He is known for his objective fact-based analyses and forecasts, which for nearly 35 years have proved to be quite accurate, especially on the economy and financial markets and on big wave economic, political, and societal fundamental trends that move markets and business. Allen Sinai holds a Bachelor s Degree in Economics from the University of Michigan (1961) and a Doctorate in Economics from Northwestern University (1969). Erik R. Peterson, Senior Vice President, CSIS Erik R. Peterson is senior vice president at CSIS and holds the William A. Schreyer Chair in Global Analysis, an endowed position named in honor of the Merrill Lynch chairman emeritus and CSIS Executive Committee member. He is also director of the Center s Global Strategy Institute, the mandate of which is to assess long-range policy challenges and opportunities. In addition, he leads the Seven Revolutions Initiative, a broad-based effort to forecast key trends out to the year From 1993 to 2003, Mr. Peterson served as director of studies at CSIS and was responsible for the planning and development of the wide range of research projects at the Center. Mr. Peterson came to the Center from Kissinger Associates, where he was director of research. He holds an M.B.A. in international finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, an M.A. in international law and economics from the School of Advanced International Studies at the Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. from Colby College. He holds the Certificate of Eastern European Studies from the University of Fribourg in Switzerland and the Certificate in International Legal Studies from The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands. Mr. Peterson has co-taught a course on global trends at the Schreyer Honors College at Pennsylvania State University and has lectured at many colleges and universities, Currently, he is a member of the Global Risk Network of the World Economic Forum, a board member of the Center for Global Business Studies at the Pennsylvania State University, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Center for the Study of the Presidency. In September 2006, Mr. Peterson was named by the CSIS Board of Trustees as its Trustees Fellow.

David is responsible for managing new product research and development and contract maintenance for the commodity sector. Prior to joining CME Group, Mr. Lehman was Managing Director and Chief Economist at the Chicago Board of Trade from , with responsibility for commodity research, new product development and contract maintenance. From , Mr. Lehman was Managing Director of Commodities at CBOT, with responsibility for new product research and development and marketing and education for commodities. David held various research and marketing positions at the CBOT from , and held the position of Industry Economist at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission from He received bachelors and master s degrees in agricultural and resource economics from the University of Maryland in 1983 and 1985, respectively. Bruce A. Scherr, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer, Informa Bruce A. Scherr, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer has been with Informa Economics, Inc. (formerly Sparks Companies, Inc.) since 1987 in several executive capacities, including President and CEO. He is an Advisor for Metalmark Capital LLC, a private equity fund. Formerly he was president of Sparks, Jacobs, Scherr, Inc. (SJS), a sister company to Sparks, and president of Agri-Commodities, Inc., an agriculture consulting firm based in Andover, Massachusetts. Prior to forming Agri- Commodities, Dr. Scherr was a divisional vice president at Data Resources, Inc., where he developed and utilized for the public and private sectors the first commercially available econometric model for US agriculture. Dr. Scherr received his bachelor s degree from Rutgers University and his M.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University, all in agricultural economics. Currently, he is a member of the Board of Trustees of the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and serves as a member of the Global Strategy Institute Advisory Council of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He served as a member of the Board of Directors for Desert STAR Inc., an electrical transmission Independent System Operator for the Desert Southwest from January 2000 through February In addition, Dr. Scherr has served as a member of The University of Tennessee s (UT) Institute of Agriculture Agricultural Development Board and UT s Committee for the Future. He was recently named a 2007 Distinguished Agriculture Alumni from Purdue University and he is a member of several honorary research and agricultural societies, a member of the National FFA Foundation Sponsors Board 2000 through 2001 and a former advisor to the President s Council of Economic Advisers and National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
