15 Jon Kleinberg Managing Director Transwestern Role As managing director of Transwestern s group in Atlanta, Jon Kleinberg and his partners Kevin Markwordt and Mike McGaughy oversee all of the firm s investment sales brokerage services in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast U.S. They are consistently ranked nationally among Transwestern s Top Investment Brokers. He joined the Transwestern team in Career Highlights Mike is a seasoned professional with 25 years of real estate sales experience in the multifamily arena. Mike joined Transwestern from the Atlanta-based REIT Gables Residential where he was a senior vice president. During his tenure with Gables Residential he brokered apartment sales representing advisors, developers, investors, lenders, condominium converters, and REIT s. Prior to joining Gables Residential, Mike was a vice president with Trammell Crow Residential selling TCR developed apartment properties in addition to third party assets. Mike began his career and his multi-family sales focus as an associate broker with Johnstown American Commercial Real Estate Services in Professional Affiliations/Recognition Mike is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and has earned the prestigious CCIM designation.
