1 AMBASSADOR PROGRAM MONTHLY WINNERS FOR MARCH, 2015 BLUE TREE, LEISURE, PALACE Sally Lee, Activities,, Palace (no picture available) I went into the activity room to get information. This girl was very pleasant and personable as was everyone in there. Very friendly staff and very nice activities facilities. Jayson Bustillo- Palace Kelly Sarabia- Palace Camila Zayas- Palace BRANSON Johnny Giannotti, Activities On , first thing in the morning, the copier (the only copier available in the building to me) was jammed up badly. I pulled paper out of all areas but there is on areas that I cannot get to and so it required a service call. I was very stressed about not being able to get my work done. Johnny told me not to worry and to go ahead and make a call I need to make while he worked on it. He located a bit of paper and with some pliers coaxed the paper out. Copier worked!

2 FLAMINGO BAY Roxana Delaorivas, Henry Rivas, & Rudy Charles, Security These 3 team members stepped up and assumed the shift-lead/acting supervisor positions during the absent of the Security Manager on each shift. On top of their regular duties, Roxana would attend weekly manager s meeting, Jason would conduct the safety training during new hire orientation weekly, and Rudy would not only ensure the graveyard shift is under control but also cover any shifts when needed. All three of them showed great ability of handling tasks and assuming additional responsibilities. The whole Security team came together & pulled this off when we were extremely short on help and headcounts. Great team work & thank you!! Paul Reyes Hemayatulla Saberina LAKES James Maloney and Terrell Reed, Property Operations On Wednesday I was doing my hair and my diamond earring went flying off and I thought it went down the drain. Both James and Terrell searched and searched beyond the call of duty! I had to leave and they continued. They finally found my earring and called me. 3 MYRTLE BEACH Eia Richardson, In House ( no picture available) I attended a Career Fair at Coastal Carolina University on March 25th. Eia is a student at CCU as well as a team member with Westgate. Eia took it upon herself to help recruit during the Career Fair at the college. She was walking around and speaking with students and having them come to our booth to see about the positions we have available. Thanks to her, we have quite a few very qualified candidates. Thanks Eia, you are a great example of going above and beyond!! Tracy James, In House (no picture available) I attended a Career Fair at Coastal Carolina University on March 25th. OCOEE Karina Maldonado, Mortgage Administration Karina helped us last week while on her break, even though she had transferred out of our department months ago. We were short staffed, running behind on the normal schedule, and had a temp come to help us. Unfortunately the temp had never been upstairs in the building before. Karina was on her break, and saw one of my team members showing the temp where to go, when Karina offered to take over. Karina knew that the team member had her own work to get done, and knew what needed to be done where the temp was going, so she gave the helpful and accurate instruction. It just goes to show that she cares not just about the job, but the whole building and company as well. Thank you for your help Karina! Keysi Gonzalez Jaslyn Lee Damien Ornes Traci Perez

4 PAINTED MOUNTAIN Sharon O Donnell, Resort Executive Office Sharon was doing new hire paperwork for a new housekeeper. When told she needed to go get a drug test the new hire did not have transportation. She had taken a bus and tried calling friends and family but could not find help. Sharon knew housekeeping really needed this new hire so she took the applicant herself in her car so she could finish and process and get to work. PARK CITY Francine Bickerstaff, Sales She is extremely dedicated and hard-working. She recently worked for 10 days in a row for 10 hours each day because we were short staffed in the sales kitchen. She always does her best and is very dependable. SMOKY MOUNTAIN Cory Bresser, Front Office Cory went above and beyond helping a hearing impaired guest. Once Cory realized the guest was hearing imparted he stepped in and used sign language to communicate with the guest. Rosamond Reed James Ray Ursula Hough Anthony Killian

Myrna gave the guests exceptional help with a number of issues including, booking, wi-fi, lost passport & attraction tickets. Alberto Crespo Ruth Jones Mauricio Acevedo VILLAS/TOWN CENTER Marie Joboham Last Tuesday, 3/17 we received a call from OOO-7 the Ramskogler Family and Mrs Ramskogler was a little upset (as she stated) due to the fact that she didn't receive the Welcome Package or the so delicious cookies they are used to get when they check in to our Resort. Someone in

6 the Bell Staff desk told us that guests or owners checking in Friday, Saturday and Sunday are the ones that get the cookies and this family did check in on a Sunday. Then we called Housekeeping Manager Marie Joboham and explained the situation to her. She, without hesitation, went to the villa, heard the families concern and then up she went and solved everything for them. Later on when we called the villa for the courtesy call back to see how they were doing Mr. Ramskogle was the one who answered and he only had praises for "the Lady from housekeeping" as he referred to Marie. He said she is a wonderful asset to our Company. They are very pleased and thankful to her for all her assistance. Way to go Marie! You truly are a real TEAM PLAYER that MADE IT HAPPEN for this family. CONGRATULATIONS TO MARIE AND HER HOUSEKEEPING TEAM. I arrived at 4 AM in a frazzled and tired state of mind. He was calm, quiet and very helpful as he went above and beyond his duties as a security guard. He carried in my very heavy suitcase and two full carts of my belongings. He placed them appropriately in my villa.
