The Surveying Division has advanced Trimble RTK/PP GPS and robotic Total Station equipment for preconstruction surveys and construction stakeout. The Construction Services Division has all necessary DOT, environmental, ICC, OSF and OSE certifications and equipment to perform field inspections and testing. 3 DENNIS CORPORATION CORPORATE STAFF Dan Dennis, PE, PLS President Dennis Corporation is led by Mr. Dan Dennis, PE, PLS. Mr. Dennis has a B.S. Civil Engineering from the Citadel and a Masters of Business Administration from The Citadel Evening College. He is a registered professional engineer and land surveyor. Mr. Dennis past experience includes serving as program manager, project manager, construction manager, project engineer, and construction inspector for more than twenty-four years working as a professional engineer and professional land surveyor on projects throughout the Southeast. Frank Hribar Vice President/ Construction Manager Vice President & Construction Manager, Mr. Frank Hribar, has more than twenty-eight years of experience in the construction management field. His project experience has included construction engineering and inspection for numerous bridges, highways, water and sewer service, pavement, storm water, site work, and survey projects. Mark Johnston Vice President of Operations Mr. Mark Johnston serves as Dennis Corporation s Vice President of Operations. He is experienced in all areas of LAN/WAN management. He is a Microsoft Certified Professional with over 20 years of experience providing technical support in the Information Technology Field. Mr. Johnston also has extensive experience in facility and financial management. Charles Arndt ITS Manager As Dennis Corporation s ITS Manager, Mr. Arndt has overseen and provided inspection services on various CEI and Maintenance projects for the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) office of the SCDOT. Mr. Arndt has also been involved in implementing and maintaining a QC program for the maintenance of the SCDOT ITS systems. He has a thorough understanding of fiber optic construction, inspection, and maintenance and has worked on a vast array of industrial and construction projects throughout his career.

4 Ted Brazil, PLS Survey Manager Survey Manager, Mr. Ted Brazil, PLS, has over 26 years experience in the land surveying field. He has project experience in boundary, topographic, as-built, engineering, ALTA and construction surveys. Specific responsibilities have included managing and supervising survey crews, overseeing the processing of all data collected in the field, and performing complex construction layouts and site plans. L.B. Cannon Chester Office Manager Chester Office Manager, Mr. L.B. Cannon, has over forty years of experience in both construction and maintenance activities on South Carolina roads and highways. He was the Resident Maintenance Engineer for Chester County for twenty-three years before joining Dennis Corporation. Mr. Cannon has extensive knowledge of SCDOT sampling, testing and inspections procedures, as well as procurement and resurfacing data calculations. He has been involved in projects all over South Carolina. Ricky Craps Special Inspections Manager Matt Hines, EIT Roadway Design Manager Mr. Ricky Craps serves as Dennis Corporation s Special Inspection Manager. Mr. Craps has a varied background in several areas including construction, transportation, institutional and educational inspection projects. He is certified through the SCDOT, ACI, SCDHEC, OSHA, HAZMAT and OSF. Mr. Matt Hines, EIT serves as Roadway Design Manager where he manages the engineering design, plans preparation and permitting for new transportation projects and improvements to existing State and County maintained roads and bridges for Dennis Corporation. He is knowledgeable of SCDOT, SCDHEC, FHWA and AASHTO regulations and requirements for transportation projects. Mr. Hines experience includes transportation project management, geometric roadway design, right-of-way acquisition support services, preparation of construction documents, costs estimation and alternatives analysis, sediment and erosion control design, hydrology and hydraulic design, and associated permitting.

5 Travis Miller, PE WV Division Manager Andrew Nichols, PhD, PE, PTOE Traffic Engineering Manager Mr. Travis Miller, PE serves as Dennis Corporation s West Virginia Division Manager. He is an experienced traffic engineer specializing in traffic operations. Mr. Miller s past work experience includes performing traffic impact study review, accident studies and analyses and traffic operations and safety studies. Dr. Andrew Nichols, PE, serves as the Traffic Engineering Manager at Dennis Corporation. Dr. Nichols obtained a B.S., Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and a M.S., Civil Engineering and Ph. D. from Purdue University. Dr. Nichols has extensive traffic engineering experience related to the collection and analysis of traffic data, traffic signal design, timing optimization, and traffic impact studies. Kyle Titus, EIT, LSIT Civil Infrastructure Manager Mr. Kyle Titus, EIT serves as Civil Infrastructure Manager for Dennis Corporation. His specific responsibilities have included planning, survey, design, and construction administration, as well as all other aspects of design and project management for educational, municipal, residential, industrial, and commercial projects. Mr. Titus is also knowledgeable on State and Federal regulations as they pertain to Stormwater Management and Sediment Control. His design experience encompasses Industrial, Commercial and Residential Site Development; Stormwater Design; Stormwater Detention, Retention, Storage and Treatment Systems; Roadway Design; and Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Design.
