2 1. BACKGROUND Jogmart Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd was founded in 2006 and traded as Jogmart Investments (Pvt) Ltd. We commenced pharmaceutical operations in October 2008, a development which prompted the name change from Jogmart Investments to the incumbent Jogmart Pharmaceuticals. While the new name reference is aimed at impressing on our core business, we continue to thrust on exploiting the visual, intellectual and human resource diversities within the business. As such, small trading units are being consummated in line with our strategic provisions. Jogmart Prides itself as one of the few professional family owned businesses in the country. Our pharmaceutical ventures were pioneered and led by the Late Mr. Shadreck Shadaya, who was a seasoned Pharmaceutical practicitioner in the country. His legacy lives on, and has been growing exponentially even post his season. We are a pharmaceutical, surgical and medical products distributor currently operating from a warehouse at Stand No Glasglow Road, Mutare with the future intention to expand into manufacturing. Jogmart has just enteres into a distribution arrangement with New Avakash International as their distributors in Manicaland and surrounding regions. 2. VISION To be a leading manufacturer and supplier of pharmaceutical, medical and surgical products in Zimbabwe, the region and internationally.

3 Mission We exist to exploit our God-given talents in ensuring healthy communities through reliably and sustainably providing medical drugs and facilities. 3. OBJECTIVES To provide quality pharmaceutical and related products to the health sector. Prompt service delivery Nurture a professional and responsive culture in our relationship with the health community and other stakeholders in order to understand their health needs with a view to apply and focus the available resources, skills, experience and professional attitudes to their benefit. Providing multi disciplinary solutions to health problems, upholding quality and integrity in everything we do to promote healthy communities. 4. CURRENT POSITION OF THE COMPANY Since its formation in 2001 Jogmart Pharmaceuticals (Pvt) Ltd has continued pursuing its mission of supplying ISA health products from ISA certified Manufacturers hence becoming a leader in quality products delivery.

4 5. MANAGEMENT PROFILE We realize that our vision is a feat and therefore have made conscious decisions to resource our business with persons capable of steering us in the right direction. A board of Directors has been set up, which board meets and sets strategic impetus for our operations. Our Chairman, carefully selected for his competence, experience, independence, authoritativeness and tenacity for performance has been instrumental in reinforcing the professional outlook we pride ourselves in. Independent Non-Executive Chairman- Donald Chayira Donald is a businessman. He comes to Jogmart well seasoned, with close to twenty years of sound and diversified working experience. His last employment position was as Finance and Administration Manager at Pine Products, a furniture manufacturing and exporting company with EPZ Status. He has worked for and with well established and renowned corporations throughout his career including Ernest and Young, Barzem Enterprises, Beitbridge Bulawayo Rail and Leonard Cheshire Foundation (UK), in which organizations he has held strategic responsibilities. He holds an MBA from Africa University, professional diplomas from the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (CIS) and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Administrators. As Chairman, Donald s role is to stir the whole business to ensure it keeps strategic thrust and runs professionally. Donald is a family man, married and proud father of three. Managing Director- Mondiwa Shadaya Responsible for driving the whole team at Jogmart, Mondiwa is a strategist extraordinaire. He championed the turnaround fortunes for Jogmart Pharmaceuticals after the sudden and shocking passing of the

5 company s founding CEO. Before joining Jogmart, Mondiwa worked for Collective Self Finance Scheme, a leading Microfinance Company as its Finance and Administration Manager, and for Pine Products (a subsidiary of Wattle Company) in an accounting role. He holds a BBA Accounting Degree from Solusi University. His leadership has been critical in establishing balance and catapulting Jogmart as a robust pharmaceutical giant in Manicaland and surrounding regions all this in total defiance of the cashflow drought in the country. Marketing and Business Development Director Munya Shadaya Munya is a seasoned marketer cum-entrepreneur. He is in charge of creating, maintaining and growing Jogpharm s capital base. Through the business development function, he structures deals and transactions for the business with suppliers, customers, bankers and any other stakeholders with a view to grow the business. His career has been illustrious and productive as reflected by his national and global achievements. Some of these achievements include; 2009 National Winner of the Global Student Entrepreneur Awards Zimbabwe, 2009 Global GSEA Finalist by Mercedes Benz Financial in Kansas, Missouri USA, 2011 named one of the JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons of Zimbabwe. He is the founder and chairman of Impetus Global Ltd and serves as the inaugural GSEA Regional Ambassador for Africa. He holds an Honors degree in Business Studies Marketing from the University of Zimbabwe. Finance and Administration Director Takudzwa Shadaya Taku is the man on the numbers. His innate appreciation for numbers and organization have seen him favorite and excellent for the role he holds. He has been responsible for setting up, running and modifying

6 financial systems that are in place for our business. He holds a BCom Degree in Accountancy from the National University of Science and Technology. Sales Executive Elisha Nyadongo Elisha is a uniquely gifted treasure in our pharmaceutical concern. He is affectionately known as the guy who can sell ice to the Eskimos. Before joining Jogmart, Elisha worked for Geddes Pharmaceutical Wholesalers for over 12 years in a sales role. He is currently studying towards a diploma in Marketing. 6. PRODUCTS OFFERED We offer a one-stop shop pharmaceutical and surgical distribution service, that is, both for medicines and sundry medical items..
