4 Speakers Christian Dupraz Executive Vice-President Marketing & Technology & Tech Service Christian Dupraz started his career as a Process Engineer at Heurtey Industries in Paris and joined the Industrial Division of IFP in 1980 where he has successively held positions as Process Engineer, Technology Manager, Sales Manager for the Far East, Products Line Manager for Catalytic Reforming and Paraffin Isomerization, and finally Technology Department Director. He joined Axens at its creation in 2001 and he got his current position in Mr. Dupraz holds an Engineering Degree from the Institut de Chimie et Physique Industrielles de Lyon and a post-graduate Engineering Degree in Refining and Petrochemicals from the IFP School. Jay Ross Senior Technology & Marketing Manager - Axens North.America Jay Ross is a technology and marketing manager covering the field of transportation fuels including FCC, Catalytic Reforming, Isomerization and Biodiesel production. He has over 30 years of experience in the refining and petrochemical industry including process engineering design, R&D, licensing and technical assistance. Mr. Jay Ross is a graduate from Princeton University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. He has served on the AFPM (former NPRA) and ERTC expert panels and has authored several patents and numerous technical papers and articles. He is currently stationed in Singapore. Regional Sales Manager - Process Licensing joined the Industrial Division of IFPEN in 1998 where he served as Process Engineer and Start-up Adviser. Between 2003 and 2008 he worked in the Marketing and Technology and Tech Service department as Technology Manager specialized in the field of Isomerization & Reforming. He was appointed in 2009 to his current position. Mr. holds an Engineering Degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d Ingénieurs de Génie Chimique from Toulouse and a Master s Degree in Refining and Petrochemicals from the IFP School.

Speakers Benoît Chedal-Anglay Axens South East Asia - Managing Director Benoît Chedal-Anglay joined Axens in 2001 as Process Design Engineer and successively held positions as Project Manager,

Mr. Chedal-Anglay graduated from McGill University in Montréal, Canada with a Major in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Management.

He joined Axens in 2005 as Technology Manager on Purification technologies, in 2007 became Product Manager for Adsorbents in the Adsorbent & Claus Department and was appointed to his current position

5 Speakers Benoît Chedal-Anglay Axens South East Asia - Managing Director Benoît Chedal-Anglay joined Axens in 2001 as Process Design Engineer and successively held positions as Project Manager, Start-up Advisor, and Technical Manager for Conversion Technologies before attaining his current position which includes the sales of catalysts and adsorbents for the South East Asia Pacific region. Mr. Chedal-Anglay graduated from McGill University in Montréal, Canada with a Major in Chemical Engineering and a Minor in Management. Purification Team Manager started his career in 2000 as a Research Engineer at IFPEN in the Adsorbents and Separation Department. He joined Axens in 2005 as Technology Manager on Purification technologies, in 2007 became Product Manager for Adsorbents in the Adsorbent & Claus Department and was appointed to his current position in January Mr holds a Master Degree in Refining and Petrochemicals from the IFP School and a PhD in Chemistry from the University Pierre & Marie Curie of Paris. Sébastien Huchette Technical Manager - Performance Optimization Sébastien Huchette has 16 years of experience in the field of refining and petrochemical business development. He joined Axens in 2006 as Project Engineer for the Audit and Consulting services. He was involved in consulting studies in India, South East Asia, Africa, South America, Russia and FSU countries where he held the role of project manager. His current position within Axens is Technical manager for Performance Optimisation within the Performance Programs Business Unit, he is involved in developing Axens consulting services for clients worldwide. Before joining Axens, he worked ten years for British Petroleum where he held diverse roles in petrochemical and refining activities. His latest position within BP involved development studies to adapt Lavera refinery (France) to product specification changes (Euro IV/V, biofuels, HFO, Bunkers). Mr Huchette is a graduate of Purdue University (1991, BS Chemical Engineering), the University of Cincinnati (1993, MS Chemical Engineering), IFP school (1995, Petroleum Engineering), IAE Aix Graduate School of Management (2005, MBA).
