1 The Group s top management is structured in two levels: General Management, in charge of designing and implementing the long-term strategy and transformation of the Group, ensuring the cross-functional cohesion of the Group s operations, and overseeing the Executive Vice Presidents. 5 Mustapha EL OUAFI Managing Director Mr. El Ouafi Mustapha, Managing Director, has 25 years experience in the phosphates industry. He joined OCP in 1992 and started his career as a mining engineer. He has held the roles of Sales Director for Asia, Middle East and Oceania, Director in Charge of the Jorf Lasfar Platform at OCP and Executive Director in charge of Sales, Marketing and Raw Material Procurement. Former Financial Advisor at KPMG Corporate Finance on Structured & Project Finance, Mr Ameziane worked with public authorities and private sponsors in the structuring and funding of large-scale projects in various areas (infrastructure, energy, water, ) and countries around the world (France, Germany, UK, UAE, Africa ). Holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Ecole des Mines de Paris (Paris School of Mines) and a Specialized Master in Finance & Strategy from Oxford University (Said Business School) Page 7 of 14

Prior to joining OCP, Mr. Bennani-Smires practiced law in a Canadian law firm in Montreal. Mr. Bennani-Smires is a licensed attorney and a member of good standing of the Québec Bar.
