He studied upto + 2 and he was roaming without getting a suitable job for his qualification. He came to know about our training programmes through his friends and approached us for registering his name to get training in Computer Tally programme. We called him to take the training when it was started. He learnt the skills with full involvement and finished the course. After finishing the course, he approached us for getting financial help from Indian Overseas Bank, Elavangargudi Branch. He applied through District Industries Center Tiruvarur and got selected for getting the bank finance. Our IOB Elavangargudi branch was kind enough to set up a browsing center at heart of the town. Now he is earning Rs.15000/- p.m through his activity and thus leading a happy life..

Due to his family s poor economic conditions, he could not go beyond 10 th std in his studies. He knew that with 10th std qualification one cannot get a good job to run a good career. But he wanted to lead a reasonable life with sufficient income. One day he happened to come across a news article about IOB RSETI Thiruvarur in DINAKARAN a Tamil Daily Newspaper going to give training for Refrigeration and Air conditioning. He thanked god and approached our RSETI to register as a trainee. He underwent training & learnt skills. Soon after finishing his training he started to attend the repairs & faults in fridge & Air conditioners and thus, he is getting an income of Rs.10,000/- pm to run a satisfactory life.

Mr.P.Hariraj who belonged to a poor farmer family at VIJAYAPURAM near Tiruvarur. Though he is a graduate he could not get a job. He was a poor wage earner by doing small coolie works. One day he happened to hear about the free training provided by IOB RSETI Thiruvarur for various courses. He visited our institute & registered his name for attending the training. IOB RSETI offered the free training under Electrical motor rewinding &Pumpset Maintenance & learnt the skills. After the training, he got the courage to withstand against all his economic problems & he got succeeded by earning Rs.16, 000/-pm

With great dedication & involvement, he got well versed with the skills provided in the said training. His politeness, kindness brought many customers into his fold and thus he is enjoying the fruits of his training obtained by him in the institute. He is saying to everybody that IOB RSETI has changed my fate and thus earning Rs. 12,000/- p.m.

11 Success Story NO.7 Jayam Industries Proprietor : S.Vedamoorthy TP: Basic Welding PLACE : Palpannaichery S.Vedamoorthy, hailing from a small village north Palpannaichery, is a true winner in life who has been very successful in defeating the poor condition of his family. Though he is a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, It didn t help him to run his family. After seeing the advertisement in papers about the RSETI trainings, he approached us and he enrolled his name for the Basic Welding training. He underwent training well and learnt the skills. Immediately after finishing the training, he started his activity in the name Jayam Industries at Nagapattinam and thus earning Rs.25,000/-pm from his activity. We heard from him recently that he is going to get an order from Govt institutions for supply of machineries to the tune of Rs.2 Crores..
