1 Service User Out Of Hours Satisfaction Survey 2013 Your views and suggestions are important and help us to improve our services! Part of Safeguarding Month July 2013

2 Our services run 365 days a year and many are 24/7 we want to support you whenever you need us. This survey is asking your views on the Duty Out of Hours Support service from Head Office. How long has this service existed? Since August 2012, the Out of Hours service has been going 7 days a week between the hours of 8pm to 8am from our Head Office in Manchester and is a dedicated team of professionals at Head Office who are there to answer your call throughout the night and at weekends. This is in addition to the existing local On Call services, senior On Call and Duty Cover at weekend and evenings which continue to operate. The full 24/7 service has been providing support to those who access our services and work for us on a range of issues such as medication, safeguarding, health and safety, maintenance, and signposting to other agencies (for example, the Samaritans). Local On Call are able to help with problems as they arise, provide advice and support, and if necessary attend a service. Senior On Call backs up these decisions and is there to respond to emergencies as well.
