2 The SCRIP team is challenging each of the campuses to increase their sales in exchange for some awesome prizes! If 50% of families participate, each student will get a dress down pass*! If 75% of families participate, each student will get a dress down and ice cream pass! If 100% of families participate, the ENTIRE School will get to enjoy a CRAZY CARNIVAL afternoon plus all of the additional prizes! If ALL 3 CAMPUSES have 100% participation every student will get a ticket to a Curve game! The contest will run from the week of February 5 th -February 26 th. As an extra incentive for parents, all SCRIP purchases in the month of February will have 100% of the profit put towards their fundraising goal. Families can participate by purchasing at minimum a $25 gift card that will be put towards their fundraising credit. *Pre-school students will receive an ice cream pass in lieu of a dress down.

3 Dear HTCS Families, Welcome to our official kick-off of the Gardners Easter Candy Sale Fundraiser. You should have received a glossy form with photos and a black & white master sheet in your Family Folder. Please take all orders from your family, friends, and coworkers on the glossy sheet. Once you have collected your orders, please total the columns and transfer them to the black & white master sheet. Be sure to write the seller s (student) name and phone number on the top left-hand side and your child s homeroom class in the three boxes. Examples: PKH, KMe, 2Wy, 6H, 8Y. Return only the black & white master (all copies please do not separate) to your respective office by Thursday, February 22 nd, with one check payable to Holy Trinity Catholic School. Please keep the glossy sheet for your distribution reference upon delivery. Candy pick-up is Monday, March 19 th. The fundraising family profit percentages for the candy sale are 30% for brochure orders and 25% for online orders.

Please have them visit They will need to enter our Group ID # and your child s name (the seller s name is not a required field for online shoppers, but must be filled out for your child to receive credit).
