1 How to: Make a room booking Log in to the system, using your Unimelb username and your Asimut password. Note: the first time you log in, you will need to reset your password - click the Reset Password link, and enter your username to request a reset On calendar, select the day/date you wish to make a booking for You can search for a particular room, or select a room from the group list. The table shows the activities which are booked into that group of rooms on the day selected. You can select a different day to view by selecting it on the calendar.

3 To book from the table view, hover over the table for the room you wish to book, and select the start time for your booking. Adjust the end time for the booking on the booking screen You may enter a description of your booking (eg. Rehearsal), but this is not required. You do not need to enter your name here. The booking screen also shows Booking Rules on the left hand side, for you to refer to as you are making your booking.

By selecting the date of your booking on the calendar, you will see it in the table, and hovering the mouse over the booking will show you the details Your booking will appear in your agenda immediately

5 How to: Amend a booking If you need to adjust the time or the location of a booking you have already made, select it from your agenda You will be taken back to the booking screen, where you can make the required changes, and save to update. Change to start/finish times OR Change to room

6 How to: Cancel a booking If you are unable to attend your booking, you must cancel it in the system as soon as you are aware that you cannot attend this will free up the space for other students, and will add the time back to your quota. Select the event from your agenda Click to cancel booking A pop-up will ask for confirmation that you want to cancel Your agenda will show the cancelled event as crossed out

9 Attach at least 2 other students to the booking this will then show up in their agenda. You can start typing their name to narrow down the list, then tick the box to add them to the booking Click save to finalise the booking Your booking will appear in the table on your selected date, and will also appear in the agenda of all participants immediately
