1 JEWELER KIOSK USER GUIDE Jeweler Kiosk was specifically designed with your customer, the end consumer in mind. Stuller brings you an easy to use, fully interactive virtual selling system that will facilitate selling Stuller product to your customers. Product you don t need to own to sell. The Jeweler Kiosk selling system consists of the following selling tools: I. Design Your Earrings Tool II. Loose Diamond Search Tool III. Engravable Wedding Bands Tool IV. Design Family Jewelry Tool Settings Guide This User Guide is designed to walk you through the in s and out s of each of the selling tools within the selling System. The Settings Guide is designed to walk you through modifying and controlling all functions within the Jeweler Kiosk selling system. IV. DESIGN FAMILY JEWELRY TOOL This virtual selling system is designed for your customers to choose the perfect Family Jewelry piece with the following options: Choose from a vast assortment of family jewelry including engravable items Customize and build your family jewelry with an innovative drag and drop system that allows you to select a birthstone, genuine or imitation, for every location and build a piece to your customers exact specifications right before their eyes Choose options for Engravable family jewelry that will enable you to add a select message or name for each location next to each birthstone

Note: Jeweler Kiosk is intended to be used with an up to date version of either Internet Explorer or Firefox. If your current web browser is not compatible or needs to be updated you will see the following message at the top of the screen with direct links to download the browser of your choice. ««STEP 2»» Once logged in, you are prompted to the kiosk main menu to select which tool you want to use in the session Click on Design Your Family Jewelry Tool. Note: Once logged in, you can toggle between each Selling Tool without having to log in again. This can be done by clicking on Go to Kiosks in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

3 ««STEP 3»» After clicking on Design Family Jewelry Tool, you will be prompted to the CATEGORIES section The CATEGORIES section consists of the following options: ENGRAVABLES: Bracelets, Pendants, Rings FAMILY JEWELRY: Pendants, Rings STACKABLES: Stackable Rings

It consists of all available engravable bracelets. You can narrow down your choices by selecting the number of birthstones When you select Engravable Pendants and Rings, you will have the option of searching by number of birthstone as well as the metal quality and color. The same will apply to all other Family Jewelry and Stackables categories

5 ««STEP 5»» Once you select the item of your choice you will be prompted to the CUSTOMIZE section The following 4-Stone14KY Gold Mother s Ring has been selected for this Example

6 The customize section lets you drag and drop a Birthstone for every empty location available. Simply drag each stone into each empty location until you see the green checkmark Repeat the same process for the rest of the locations Once you complete selecting the birthstones of your choice you will see a $ total and the option to chose either Genuine or Imitation Gemstones. OR Note: Genuine Gemstones are chosen by default however, you also have the option of selecting Imitation Gemstones. All markup options including Genuine and Imitation Gemstones are located in the settings section for more information please refer to the Jeweler Kiosk Settings User Guide. Imitation Gemstones have been selected for this Example Click on NEXT to proceed to the next section

««STEP 6»» Once you click on next you will be prompted to the ENGRAVE section Note: You will only see this option if you select an item from the Engravable Categories.

7 ««STEP 6»» Once you click on next you will be prompted to the ENGRAVE section Note: You will only see this option if you select an item from the Engravable Categories. All other Categories, Family Jewelry & Stackables, will prompt you directly to the checkout section. This section gives you the option to engrave a name or message for each birthstone location. Simply hover over the box next to the corresponding gemstone and type each name or message. You will notice that each location has a box to check off if you don t want engraving. The retail price for each gemstone also displays, based on your markup previously selected in the settings section. For more information please refer to the Jeweler Kiosk Settings User Guide. Note: You can engrave up to 8 characters per location All markup options including engraving charges are located in the settings section for more information please refer to the Jeweler Kiosk Settings User Guide. Once you complete the engraving information, click NEXT to proceed to the next section

««STEP 7»» Once you click on next you will be prompted to the CHECKOUT section This section will allow you to select a ring size, size 1-15, and will give you a breakdown of the item and

The default ring sizing charge is included in the price of the mounting. All markup options including ring sizing charges are located in the settings section for more information please refer to the Jeweler Kiosk Settings User Guide. Once you complete reviewing the order click on ADD TO SHOPPING BAG

««STEP 8»» You are prompted to the MY SHOPPING BAG section A. VIEW ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING BAG This section shows you the description, quantity and price of the family jewelry item chosen.

Once you finish reviewing click on Continue B. CUSTOMER INFORMATION This section enables you to add customer information to the family jewelry order for your future reference. Required fields are designated with a red asterisk. Customer Name and Customer Phone Number are always required fields. Notes, Purchase Order Number and Employee Name are optional*. *Please refer to the Jeweler s Kiosk settings guide Once you complete filling out the required and optional information, click on Continue C. PRICING AND PURCHASE SUMMARY This section shows you a summary of the family jewelry item that is being ordered and the Customer information entered.

It is not necessary to print your kiosk orders You can review kiosk orders by clicking on Settings at the top of the screen, and then clicking on Orders.

11 A confirmation regarding this order will be sent to the registered Admin address indicating your customer s custom Family Jewelry order is being created by our Team. Note: We strongly recommend you select the SAME shipping method as the default method used for your Stuller phone and web orders. This way we can combine your kiosk orders with any Stuller orders ready to ship. Contact Stuller at #3 to confirm your Stuller account default shipping method. Example of Ordering and Shipping of Family Jewelry: A Family Jewelry order Submitted on Tuesday will ship in 3 to 5 business days, therefore arriving in the store in the following week between Monday and Wednesday.
