2 NOTES ABOUT DOING THIS CHANGE-WORK 1. Like everything else in life, the more you put into it, the more you ll get out of it. 2. While you do the exercises Tap on any of the points (or gently squeeze your fingertips). Listen to any one of the mp3 files in the forum under Resources visit often - if possible, with headphones. The music has been designed to help your brain to enter a theta-state which is highly conducive for learning. 3. The times are just suggestions, do more and you ll see results. 4. You may end up with favourite exercises and feel free to do more of them if you like; it s important though that you do ALL the exercises listed here.
3 1. TEMPORAL TAPPING - 3 MINUTES Download temporal tapping video here if you are not familiar with the technique. Do at LEAST three times a day, spread out throughout the day: 3 x 1 minute. Do the same one, using the same words every time. Feel free to do additional sets (with other words) and keep those the same. Consistency and persistence are the keys here. Do it while you re on the toilet, in the car, queuing up at the post office. the more you do it the better your results will be. Suggested left tapping: I no longer need to believe it s hard to have money and be wealthy x 3 You no need to x 3 He/she no longer needs to x 3 [name] no longer needs to We no longer need to Suggested right tapping: I choose to believe or it s ok for me to believe or it s safe for me to believe that it s easy and ok to have money and be wealthy x 3 You x 3 He/she x 3 [name] x 3 We x3

AFFIRMATIONS 3 MINUTES As you say these (while tapping and listening to the theta-tracks if you can) do your best to FEEL into them, don t just ramble the words while you re watching the 6 o clock news at the same time. FEELING is the key here, and OK if you don t feel anything to start off with. I GET MY LIFE TO TAKE OFF BY FIRST BECOMING VERY CLEAR IN MY THINKING ABOUT IT. I THINK ABOUT WHAT I WANT TO BE, DO, HAVE. I THINK ABOUT IT OFTEN UNTIL I AM VERY CLEAR ABOUT THIS. THEN, WHEN I AM VERY CLEAR, I THINK ABOUT NOTHING ELSE. I IMAGINE NO OTHER POSSIBILITIES. READ 5 MINUTES I suggest read Neville Goddard I have posted two pdf s to make this easy for you: - A collection that I ve taken from his various teachings - Consciousness a great overview of what he taught Read it, then read it again, then again, then again. Read it until you know the text with every fibre of your body and until you can quote from it, until you know it to be so. I also highly recommend Mike Dooley, other readings of Neville and others - I have posted other suggestions under the Additional Resources posting. I m open to you reading anything else you find inspiring in addition to my suggestions.
7 4. FIELD CLEARING TECHNIQUE 2 MINUTES I ve uploaded a pdf file to the forum for this. It sounds like a lot and once you get the hang of it it s easy ask anyone who s done it before. This technique is one of the most powerful I know because it incorporates mind, body and soul into the change work. Do it once a day and notice the difference. Do it a few more times, on the way to the store or brushing your teeth (you can multitask, can t you?!) and notice even more of a difference, even quicker (and deeper). Pick one of these to start your field clearing technique. Even though I haven t always believed that it s ok for me to be rich or Even though I haven t always thought it s possible for me to be rich. When you get really good at this you ll stick around on some of the points (e.g. under the eye I love knowing that it s possible for me to be rich because. can easily turn into a fabulous fun fest of reasons why you LOVE to know it s possible - Because then I feel great about myself! - And I see possibilities everywhere! - And people treat me differently! - Then I think more positive thoughts which means I can create a more positive future! - And then I be rich! - And then I ll have money to spend and have great holidays and be able to do what I love doing - Etc etc etc ENJOY it; have FUN with it; LIVE THERE if only for a few minutes; the EMOTIONS you put in here is FUEL for the creative power of your imagination and the way you DO this sends powerful signals to the universe on how you are taking RESPONSIBILITY for creating what you want in your life!
8 5. CHANGE THE PAST (YESTERDAY/TODAY) - 2 MINUTES Every morning or every night, change the last day to be exactly the way you would have loved it to be. Remove unpleasant bits or just change them. Change the voice, tone, attitude and actual words and deeds of people who upset you imagine those same people having been as kind to you as you d have loved them to be. Remember to tap along and listen to the theta music if you can. Examples: - Didn t get the interview? Imagine you did. - Only had 1 client when you wish you had 10? Imagine you had Looked at your bank account and there wasn t enough money to pay a bill? Imagine you looked at it and smiled when you saw how much money would still be left after paying that (and all your other) bill(s). - Struggled and couldn t figure something out? Imagine having worked it out, how satisfied, happy, proud you were when you did. See, hear, feel, smell, taste the new pictures as best you can. As you get better at this you ll start doing it on the fly. Someone pisses you off you immediately change it in your imagination. Traffic? Change it immediately. Lost something? Imagine immediately that you found it. This is a crucial new habit to install because it clears up the negative energy that keeps you stuck in the past and more importantly, keeps you recreating the same type of experience. This lasers through old painful dynamics/patterns like I ve not seen anything else do before. After you ve spent the couple of minutes (or more) changing yesterday and today, feel free to also change anything else in your past that still bugs you. Keep tappin and just CHANGE IT. It only lives in your imagination anyway it s yours to do with what you want. You ll still remember it happened but the sting will go out of it, it ll stop pulling you back there and help you move on. Now that s a result if I ever heard one.
9 6. IMAGINE SHORT TERM (TODAY, THIS WEEK) - 2 MINUTES Great to do as you wake up before you even open your eyes there s something very creative about that dreamy state. See, hear, feel, smell, think, speak, imagine your day; OK if you want to focus on details (what you l be doing) AND also include how you want to feel at the end of a perfect day. E.g. imagine talking to your partner and saying I had the most fabulous day ever or see the delight on the face of a friend when they hear what a wonderful day you had. Imagine looking at yourself in the mirror smiling thinking You were AWESOME today and see yourself fall asleep at the end of a magic day, restful, happy, confident etc.
10 7. IMAGINE FUTURE VISION 2 MINUTES Your additional hour task this week will be to start getting clarity on what you want. In the meantime, if you re not clear yet, imagine the big picture/end result. In fact, even if you are clear of what you d like to be DOING, it s a great idea to imagine the big picture/end result anyway. E.g. instead of imagining yourself doing the marketing and planning and admin around a workshop you want to offer the world, SEE/HEAR/IMAGINE yourself after the most fabulous seminar ever see how the two thousand people give you a standing ovation. See how you fly 1 st class with your family on that fabulous holiday that you never dreamed you could afford (until you started dreaming that you could afford it), or how you hang around a bush fire with close friends and laughing, being happy. Here s a quick tip: - Imagine what you would be saying to others (e.g. imagine saying to the group on our next call You won t BELIEVE what happened (we probably will) but I made $$$$$ this week and it was so easy!!! and HEAR yourself say it, see yourself say it, actually SAY it! - Imagine what others would be saying to you if this happened. E.g. imagine me laughing at you from the other side of the pool in the Maldives saying See?? I told you it was easy!! - Imagine what other would be saying about you if this happened; e.g. imagine overhearing your partner talk to one if his/her friends saying Wow, and it just happened so quickly, he turned his whole life around in a matter of months, he s happier, healthier, making a truckload full of money and oh hi Honey, I was just talking about you!
11 8. READ THE SCIENCE OF GETTING RICH 5 MINUTES Uploaded on the forum in PDF format. You can also buy a version where Brad Yates reads it, and then offers a tapping round after each chapter. I ve been listening to this almost every day for about 3 months and love it. Tap while you read, and listen to the theta music if you can. - Read Chapter 1 once; re-read the yellow bits at least twice. - Read Chapter 2; re-read the yellow bits at least twice. - Then keep re-reading and re-reading Chapter 2 for the rest of the week. - Feel free to read the rest of the book in your own time it can only benefit you!
12 9. READ TUT.COM 1 MINUTE Sign up for daily s Mon Fri here and read them every day they are often profound, inspiring and JUST what you need to hear on a certain day. Feel free to listen to any of Mike Dooley s stuff of buy his books, a lot of what I m sharing with you come from him.
13 10. GRATITUDE TAPPING Do this even if you don t FEEL the gratitude, that s ok we all have days like. Gratitude is so important because - It puts your attention of what is working, and what you focus on. Expaaaaands - It gives you a closer connection to the Source that creates all (through your imagination) Tap along (any points) and listen to theta music if you can: Tap on things you are grateful for (or at least can be, if don t feel grateful that day) Being able to see, smell, taste Being able to breathe Being able to walk without help Being intelligent, or good with food, or having a good sense of humour, or being straight in a mostly straight world That some people love you no matter what That you have survived EVERYTHING that s ever happened to you For the sky For elephants, and ants, and birds, and bees, and sand, and snowmen, and wrapping paper, and paper, and laptops, and the moon. Get it? Anything no matter how bad things are, dedicate this time to being grateful. TIP: Avoid negativity, e.g. being grateful that you re not starving like the kids in Africa isn t exactly an uplifting thought (and, as you get rich, you can teach the kids in Africa to do the same so that they will have food forever..)
14 11. AS YOU DRIFT OFF TO SLEEP LIVE IN THE HOUSE There seem to be something magic about doing this in the wake/sleep state that you go into as you go to sleep. As you do so, imagine BEING in the house you d love to live it sit on the furniture, feel the texture of the walls, water the garden, look through the windows, boil the kettle, hear friends arrive. Imagine DOING that thing you d love to do talking to 1000 people, seeing your book published and on the NY best seller list. Imagine giving away $1,000,000 to a foundation that teaches children to create their own realities. Imagine winning the Nobel prize by eradicating poverty first in one country in Africa, then in another. Imagine yourself waking up with that perfect partner in a loving relationship. Pick you own actually FEEL it, HEAR it, SMELL it, TASTE it, THINK it, IMAGINE it. What a glorious way to fall asleep!
15 12. DAILY CHECK-INS On Check in as often as you want, and respond to any check-ins that you feel drawn towards. We re all connected so whatever support you re giving out is also for yourself! If you don t have access yet send me your check-in and I ll post it for you; MARK IT CLEARLY AS CHECK-IN so I don t post something that you ve meant to be for my eyes only.
16 13. 1-HOUR MONEY MAKING MOVE FOR WEEK 1 We briefly talked today about the importance of getting clear on exactly what you want and the non-importance of knowing how to get there. This will be an on-going move spend at least an hour on it this week and more if you want. The sooner you can get clear on what you want, the sooner the universe can start delivering it to you, simple as that. Part 1 Your task, for at least an hour (tap while you do it, and do this listening to theta-music if you can) is to Dream big dreams, and start putting them in a format where you can easier connect with them either in a journal or electronically; I prefer electronically because it s easy to copy and paste pictures from the web and also it s a living document I make changes to it most days as I keep refining it and as my thinking evolves so do my desires; some things become less important as other things that I d not even thought of before, becomes more important to me Write about them in the present tense I wake up in my beautiful house in the countryside and I smile thinking how blessed I am. Get pictures from the web, from magazines Imagine what type of conversations you d be having, and with whom get them down on paper I call up Mike Dooley about our next trip around the world to introduce people to our new book; Mike does his familiar Bennieeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and I come back with Dooooolleyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy. [have fun, folks] Read this daily; I ve been doing this for 3 months It s grown to a document of many, many pages and I just love connecting with it it reminds me why I do some of the things I do. If you re not sure what you want, start with the bigger things happiness, health, money and allow the specifics to unfold. Remember a couple of things - It s ok to want what YOU want - You can have anything you want (provided you do things in a certain way) so allow yourself to think big Part 2/.
17 Part 2 As you start getting clearer on your ultimate vision start asking yourself why you want that? Why do you want what you want? Here are some of my examples of why I want what I want So that I can take care of my elderly parents Because I love teaching and I deserve to only do what I love and be paid well for it The many more doors it will open for me I ll have access to resources and people that I just didn t have access to before so it would be even easier to help even more people understand how they create their own reality the personal satisfaction of doing what I love and the deep joy of knowing that I m making a difference in the world and yet more income so I can do even more!! The inspiration (to myself and others) of seeing that everything IS possible! The relaxation and fun of enjoying luxury holidays, knowing that I deserve it The deep fulfilment and fun of sharing a life with someone that loves me, etc Start writing down the why also it adds fuel to the fire of creation. Stepping it up a notch Start making a list of 250 goals, with two columns The goal Why you want it It could be as big as a house or as small as you like # Goal Why 1 To buy my dad a house The joy of seeing his delight, the satisfaction of knowing that he s well taken care of, to give something back for all the things he s done for me 2 To have a solid-state drive in my laptop 3 To speak in front of thousands of people and be paid $5,000 4 And so on. Anything from a pair of sunglasses to a house in the Alps. The joy of having a super-dooper fast laptop that is like magic; the fun of spoiling myself recognising not only that I worked for what I have, but also that there is plenty where that came from! The ultimate external proof that I can have what I want which is to be paid well for doing what I love doing; the personal satisfaction of the standing ovation; the doors it opens for me to do more of what I love; it s aligned with my mission to inspire ever more people on the planet to start using their immense power to create what they want; it s fun!!!
