4 ST80(M)L Series External View Drawin Steady (DC) Steady (AC) Steady/Flashin (DC) Power line and sinal line come out from the product. Please refer to below wirin diaram for correct connection of power supply and sinal line. Power Line Line Specification : Steady : UL007-NO.(0.sq) 00mm Steady/Flashin : UL0-NO.6(.sq) x c 00mm In case of product usin AC voltae, connect the line without polarity(wire color). In case of product usin DC voltae, black line is neative(-). Sinal Line Steady/Flashin (AC) Line Specification : UL007-NO.(0.sq) 00mm

This product is manufactured as kit type,liht part and lens is interated. Each kit layer is assembled by connectin pin and pay deep attention when assemble each kit accordinly.

Please refer to Structure Drawin on previous pae and below explanation for riht operatin. ) Make sure power is turned off before performin this work. ) Cover Removal Unscrew the cover bolt and remove the cover. ) Lens Kit Removal Remove the lens kit as needed layer by layer by pullin up each Lens kit. Refer to below information and drill necessary mountin holes on profitable part of the product. In case of direct mountin type, fix the product by usin nuts(m- EA) oriinally equipped on mountin bolt on bottom of the product. In case of pole mountin type(standard type),fix the product by usin nuts oriinally equipped with pole. In case of product usin L- bracket, fix the product by usin bolt(m8-ea). In case of wall mountin type product and product usin round bracket,fix it by usin bolt M-EA. Direct Mountin STML Series ST6ML Series ST80ML Series PCD 0, Øx PCD 0, Øx PCD 0, Øx Fix the product by usin the nuts(m-ea) oriinally equipped with the mountin bolt on the bottom of the product. ) Lens Kit Chane & Assemblin When assemble lens kits for after lens kit chane or color reformation,refer to followin drawin and make sure joinin point (two vertical thick line on lens surface) and location of connectin pin. Make sure whether the connectin pin is smoothly put into the fittin hole6 for safe joinin. Make sure whether rubber packin on top of lower lens kit is put inside upper lens. 6 Method of Sinal Tower Lamp Installation There are main methods of Tower Lamp installation in accordance with the locational condition or purpose of the installation. By referrin to the followins, select the method of installation correspondin to the product. Model 8mm SCREW & NUT Standard type mm SCREW & NUT Standard type Size When wirin is complete, make sure end of any unused wires are insulated by tape. A short circuit of sinal line can cause a trouble. If usin voltae is seriously hiher or lower than rated voltae, it can reduce the self-life of the product or can cause a problem on product operatin. Make sure the usin voltae does not exceed +/- % of the rated voltae. If lens or body of the product is contaminated by chemicals such as thinner, benzene, the product can be damaed, discolored or deformed. Please be careful. Do not ive stron impact to the product. It can be a reason of wire disconnection or short circuit. Do not stronly pull the wire out from the product. It can cause a disorder. Do not try to turn the lens kit for lens kit removal. The fittin pin can be broken.
