It is important that you read the entire manual to become familiar with this product before you begin using it. This worklight is designed for certain applications only. The distributor cannot be responsible for issues arising from modification. We strongly recommend this worklight not be modified and/or used for any application other than that for which it was designed. If you have any questions relative to a particular application, DO NOT use the worklight until you have first contacted the distributor to determine if it can or should be performed on the product. For technical questions please call INTENDED USE The 72W LED light bar kit is designed for trucks, SUVs, ATVs, farm equipment and heavy machinery, with very low amp draw. It includes four 18W LED light that can be mounted on the bar. Each light features 6 bright white LEDs. Adjustable mounting brackets can allow you to direct light where you need it most. Adjustable mounting bar can fit W mounting surface. 2 in 1 Magnetic/permanent bar mounting system offers versatility. 3 manual cannot cover all possible conditions or situations that could occur. It must be understood by the operator that common sense and caution are factors that cannot be built into this product, but must be supplied by the operator. SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS If mounting this product requires drilling holes, the installer MUST be sure that no vehicle components or other vital parts could be damaged by the drilling process. Check both sides of the mounting surface before drilling begins. Also de-burr any holes and remove any metal shards or remnants. Install grommets into all wire passage holes. Do not use a pressure washer to clean this product. WORKLIGHT USE AND CARE Do not modify the worklight in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the product. Always check damaged or worn out parts before using the work light. Broken parts will affect the worklight operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately. Store idle worklight. If the worklight is not permanently installed, when the work light is not in use, store it in a secure place out of the reach of children. Inspect it for good working condition prior to storage and before reuse. INSTALL THE WORKLIGHT Attach the magnetic base (6) on bottom of the bracket(4)by M8 x 10 Hex bolt(5).use two magnetic bases per bracket. Insert M8x25 Hex bolt (7) to round hole on right bracket(4), side hole of right bar(2), spring washer (8).Then attach the M8 hex nut(9).do not over tighten the screws. Insert M8x25 Hex bolt (7) to cambered hole on right bracket (4), side hole of right bar(2), spring washer (8).Then attach the M8 hex nut(9).do not over tighten the screws. Refer to above steps to install the left bracket to left bar.

4 Insert two M8x25 Hex bolts (7) to the top of right bar(2) and left bar(3), Then attach the spring washer (8), M8 hex nut(9). (According to the width of the mounting surface, adjust the right bar and left bar. The adjustable distance is 5.The min. length is 36.5.The max. length is 41.5.) Adjust the angle of bars that ensure the top is level, and then tighten all nuts (9). Insert M8x25 hex bolt (7) to the U bracket of light (11). Put the M6 lock nut (10) to the mounting holes on the back of light body (1). Attach the U bracket (11) to light body (1). Insert M6 hex socket cap screws (12) to the bracket and tighten it. See blew figure: Insert M8x25 Hex bolt (7) which attached to light to bars, and then attach the spring washer (8), hex nut (9). (Adjust the angle of the light body that will give you a maximum beam.) Select a mounting location on your vehicle, and then put the light bar kit on the mounting location. You can also choose permanent mounting; refer to the following directions: Insert M8x25 Hex bolt (7) to round hole on right bracket(4),side hole of right bar(2), spring washer (8).Then attach the M8 hex nut(9).do not over tighten the screws. Insert M8x25 Hex bolt (7) to cambered hole on right bracket (4), side hole of right bar(2), spring washer (8).Then attach the M8 hex nut(9).do not over tighten the screws. Refer to above steps to install the left bracket to left bar. Insert two M8x25 Hex bolts (7) to the top of right bar(2) and left bar(3), Then attach the spring washer (8), M8 hex nut(9).(according to the width of the mounting surface, adjust the right bar and left bar. The adjustable distance is 5.The min. length is The max. length is 41.5.) Adjust the angle of bars that ensure the top is level, and then tighten all nuts (9). Insert M8x25 hex bolt (7) to the U bracket of light (11). Put the M6 lock nut (10) to the mounting holes on the back of light body (1).

5 Attach the U bracket (11) to light body (1). Insert M6 hex socket cap screws (12) to the bracket and tighten it. See blew figure: Insert M8x25 Hex bolt (7) which attached to light to bars, and then attach the spring washer (8), hex nut (9). (Adjust the angle of the light body that will give you a maximum beam.) Select a mounting location that will not cause any obstruction for your vehicle s normal functions. Drill a mounting hole for M8x30 Hex bolt (14) on the mounting surface. Insert M8x30 Hex socket cap screw (14) to the hole of bracket (4) and mounting hole on your vehicle. Then attach the M8 spring washer (8) and M8 hex nut (9). Do not over tighten the screws. OPERATION Connect the wire kit to four lights, Attach the wire kit to 9-32V power supply. The toggle switch controls lights ON/OFF. MAINTENANCE It is recommended that the general condition of the worklight be examined before it is used. Keep your worklight in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance. Have necessary repairs made by qualified service personnel. Clean the surface of worklight lens frequently to keep its brightness. When any malfunction occurs, stop using and repair it immediately as soon as possible. Please operate your worklight according to the proper operation procedures.
