If using Powerpoint, drag, rotate and resize items. Save files with pseudo- anonymized filenames. Send completed drawings to secure site, then rename files. 3 Instruc1ons Fundus Diagrams Draw red circle or white spot over appropriate disc to indicate eye laterality. Concentric circles indicate arc distances and radial lines indicate clock minutes. If necessary, refer to tables: to get approximate loca%ons of ora and limbus. to convert clock minutes to arc millimeters (approximately).

18 Useful Apps and Websites (October 12,2014) :for creating polar graphs :for calculating arc lengths. :a simple drawing app but does not work with IOS8. All images and functionality will be lost if IPaD is updated. Drawing apps from Adobe currently free (October 12,2014) : a drawing app. There are several others I haven t yet tried out. another drawing app. When selecting a drawing app, look for: reliability that is, an organization with a track record and good reviews user-friendliness to be able to draw quickly and easy in a busy environment layers to be able to build drawings over a photograph and to update sketches Remember to comply with HIPAA and Data Protection regulations in your region.my filenames only have the patient s initials and date before I send them to a secure hospital system.
