The director is about to break down. He gives his actors an ultimatum : Emmanuel and Berenice have one night to get it together and learn how to work with each other or the shoot will wrap sooner than expected. Fred, Emmanuel s best mate, is organising a «cease fire» meal at his friend s place. Everything seems to go down well until Val, the script girl, decides to get involved in her own twisted ways 3/5

4 Production notes «Libre Echange? (aka Twisted?) was written and directed with the sole purpose of making people laugh. It is trying to give comical answers to a question everybody has asked himself at least once : «What would I do if I was waking up with the opposite sex body?». This project produced by Gerbilles Productions with the help of the Rhône Alpes «Envie d Agir» association, saw the light thanks to the Institut du Court Métrage Rhône Alpes and its contacts. The main challenge was to shoot the whole movie in just four days, including a few sequence shots (one of them being 3 minutes long) With a crew of 25 people, the movie was shot on location in some historical buildings belonging to the National Heritage in the city of Cremieu (Isere-France) and took place between the 24th & 28th of May In collaboration with Feoh Production, the postproduction took 9 months. Mainly because particular attention was brought to the music and sound effects. In February 2007, a premiere was held during the 14th Fantastic Art festival in Gérardmer (Digital Off Competition). And the reaction of a very enthoustiastic crowd there leads us to think that this short movie might bring a few more giggles to its next screenings 4/5

Disappointed by the final result, he decided to start from scratch with the ambition of making some «watchable» short movies. Rodolphe BONNET writes, produces and directs his movies trying to be a little bit more ambitious everytime while building up a strong team around him, project after project. He becomes a «Institut du Court Métrage Rhône Alpes» member in 2005 and sets up «Gerbilles Produc tions» in «Libre Echange? (ak a Twisted?)» is the first movie produced by those two associations.
