1 Paint Organizer Rack Assembly Instructions This organizer rack can easily be built in a few hours and is great for storing all those Lindy s Stamp Gang sprays, Dylusions Ink Sprays, Glimmer Mists, acryluic paint bottles and more!

2 Materials wire cube shelf 3 20 x 30 sheets of foam board E6000 glue Fabritac or white glue cutting mat metal ruler utility knife Sharpie marker pencil side cutters Step #1 Cut all of the following pieces from your foam board along all the solid black cut lines: 2 of piece A top and bottom 2 of piece B horizontal middle shelf 12 of piece C risers for wire rack 4 of piece D vertical middle divider 2 of piece E shelf sides 2 of piece F back Sketches of all the pieces and the layout of the pieces on your foam board can be found on the next 2 pages. Step #2 Cut through the top layer of paper and foam on all dotted cut lines. Remove the top layer of paper and foam. Leave the bottom layer of paper intact.

6 Step #3 Draw pencil lines along all the solid purple lines in the sketches. Note: The pencil lines shown on piece A should be drawn on one piece A and one piece B, and the pencil lines shown on piece B should also be drawn on one piece A and one piece B. Step #4 Cut the outside frame away from 4 wire panels, leaving ½ of wire extending along the bottom and 1/8 of wire extending on both sides and the top. These will be used in the front of your unit. Step #5 Cut the outside frame away from 4 more wire panels, leaving 5/16 of wire extending on the top and bottom and 1/8 of wire extending on both sides. These will be used in the back of your unit. Step #6 Cut the small lengths of wire that were left on all 4 corners:

7 Step #7 Glue 2 of piece C one on top of the other. Repeat to create 4 stacks of 2. You should have 4 remaining singles as well. Step #8 Glue a double stack of piece C onto piece A (containing pencil lines shown on piece A in sketches), lining the front edge of piece C up with one of the front pencil lines on piece A. The pencil line on the top of your piece C stack should be 1-1/4 back from the front edge of piece A. Repeat by gluing a second stack of piece C on the opposite side of piece A. Glue two single piece C s onto piece A, lining the back edge of piece C up with the back pencil lines on piece A. The pencil line on top of piece C should be ¾ from the back edge of piece A. Step #9 Repeat Step #8, gluing the remaining C pieces onto piece B that has pencil lines marked in the locations of that shown on piece A in the sketches. Step #10 Stand piece D up in the groove on piece A and draw a line marking the top of each piece C:

8 Step #11 Run a bead of E6000 down each pencil line on piece D and press the side of 2 wire panels into the foam along the pencil lines, lining the bottom wire up with the cross mark made in Step #10. Ensure that you use one front and one back wire panel in this step. The front panel should be closet to the front edge of piece D as marked in the sketches above. Step #12 Run a bead of E6000 along the two appropriate pencil lines on piece A (depending on which side of the rack you are working on). Rotate your assembly from Step #11 and press the wires extending along the bottom of the panels into the foam board on piece A, ensuring that the panels line up with the pencil lines.

9 Step #13 Repeat Steps #1 through #12 to add 2 more wire panels to the opposite side of piece A. Ensure that you add Fabrictac glue in all the paper joints and on the back side of piece D so that the shelf remains sturdy when finished.

10 Step #14 Add a bead of E6000 along the pencil lines on piece B (with pencil lines in locations marked on piece B). Press piece B onto the wire panels, working on one side at a time and ensuring that the wire panels line up with the pencil lines. Ensure that you also run a bead of Fabritac in the groove on piece B. You should now have the bottom tier of your shelf built:

11 Step #15 Repeat Steps #8 through #14 to build the top tier of your shelving unit. Ensure that piece B (with pencil lines from piece A) is used on the bottom of this tier, and that piece A (with pencil lines from piece B) is used on the top of this tier. Step #16 Use a generous amount of Fabritac glue to glue the top tier onto the bottom tier:

12 Step #17 Glue one piece E onto each side of the unit, ensuring that you run a bead of Fabrictac in all of the paper joints and E6000 along all the pencil lines.

13 Step #18 Glue one piece F to each side of the back of your shelving unit: Step #19 Voila! Your shelf in now ready for adding your ink sprays and paints
