It answers the questions KELLEGA with whom? and MILLEGA? with what?. The comitative singular is formed by adding -ga to the genitive form. When we want to emphasize that something is being done with somebody, we can also add the word koos, which means together. Lähen koos Martiniga kinno. I go to the movies together with Martin. Millega sa tööle sõidad? With what are you driving to work? Ma sõidan tööle bussiga. I go to work by bus. Ma räägin sõbraga. I m talking with a friend. NB! Ma räägin telefoniga. I m talking with a phone. When there are two or more nouns in a row, the comitative marker -ga is usually added only to the last noun. The preceding nouns are in genitive. Lähen teatrisse kolleegi, sõbra ja õega. I m going to the theatre with a colleague, friend and sister. When an adjective, pronoun or numeral appears as an attribute before a noun in the comitative case, the attribute does not take the ending of comitative case, but remains in the genitive. Compare: Mis on selle ilusa tüdruku nimi? What s the name of this beautiful girl? Poiss kõnnib tänaval selle ilusa tüdrukuga. A boy is walking on the street with this beautiful girl.
