VÕISTLEJAD ja OSAVÕTUMAKS 3.1. Osaleda võivad kõik korraldava toimkonna loa saanud soovijad, kes on registreerinud hiljemalt 6. juuniks 2018 ja tasunud enne turniiri algust osavõtumaksu 12 EUR kiirturniiri ja 8 EUR välkturniiri eest Tartu Kalevi liikmed, noored (s.a ja nooremad) ja vähemalt 65-aastased (s.a ja vanemad): kiirturniir 8 EUR ja välkturniir 5 EUR Tartu Kalevi noorliikmete osavõtumaks on 3EUR (kiirturniir) ja 2 EUR (välkturniir) Rahvusvahelised suurmeistrid on õigeaegse registreerimise korral osavõtumaksust vabastatud Kui võistlejal puudub Eesti Maleliidu poolt väljaantav maletajalitsents 2018, siis lisandub sõltumata soodustusest kiirturniiri osavõtumaksule 1 EUR Hiljem kui 6. juunil 2018 registreerunutel on osalustasu 50% võrra suurem. 4. 2 7. VÄLKTURNIIRI AJAKAVA VÄLKTURNIIR (9. juuni 2018) Fikseerimata algusajaga voorudel käivitatakse kellad 3 minutit pärast paarimise avalikustamist (vastav aeg fikseeritakse kohapeal). I voor 11:00, VII voor: ~ 14:15, II voor ~ 11:25, VIII voor ~ 14:40, III voor ~ 11:55, IX voor ~ 15:05, IV voor ~ 12:20, X voor ~ 15:30, V voor ~ 12:50, XI voor ~ 15:55. VI voor ~ 13:15, 8. VÕISTLUSSÜSTEEM Võistlus viiakse läbi kiirturniirist eraldi individuaalturniirina. Mängitakse 11 topeltvooru šveitsi süsteemis välkmale ajakontrolliga 3 min + 2 sekundit kummalegi mängijale. 9. TURNIIRI KORRALDUS 9.1. Kõik voorud mängitakse FIDE välkmale reeglite järgi Iga mängija, kes ilmub malelaua juurde 3 minutit pärast mänguaja algust, kaotab esimese partii ja hilinemine 6 minutit toob kaasa matši kaotuse. 10. AUTASUSTAMINE Võistluste auhinnafond on järgmine: põhiauhinnad eriauhinnad I koht 100 EUR + karikas parim daam kinkekaart II koht 75 EUR parim kuni 16-aastane kinkekaart III koht 50 EUR parim neiu kuni 16-aastane kinkekaart IV koht 30 EUR parim vähemalt 65-aastane kinkekaart Auhinnafond sõltub osavõtjate arvust ja võib suureneda või laieneda Võistlejad ei saa üle ühe auhinna. Auhinna kattumise korral läheb väiksema väärtusega auhind üle vastavas liinis järgmise koha omanikule. Auhinna saamiseks tuleb viibida lõpetamisel. 3 12. VÕISTLUSSÜSTEEM Võistlus viiakse läbi individuaalturniirina ühes grupis. Mängitakse 8 vooru šveitsi süsteemis kiirmale ajakontrolliga 15 min + 3 sekundit kummalegi mängijale. 13. TURNIIRI KORRALDUS Võistluse tulemused lähevad Eesti kiirmale reitinguarvestusse Kõik voorud mängitakse FIDE kiirmale reeglite järgi. Iga mängija, kes ilmub malelaua juurde 5 minutit pärast mänguaja algust, kaotab partii Paarimisprogrammina kasutatakse Swiss Manageri Võrdsete punktide korral kahel või enamal maletajal selgitatakse paremusjärjestus alljärgnevalt: 1) kärbitud Buchholz ite süsteem (vastaste punktide summa ilma nõrgima, ilma kahe nõrgema jne tulemuseta); 2) vajaduse korral loositakse. 14. AUTASUSTAMINE Võistluste auhinnafond on järgmine: I koht 200 EUR + KARIKAS IV koht 100 EUR II koht 150 EUR V koht 75 EUR III koht 125 EUR VI koht 50 EUR Eriauhinnad : parim daam parim vähemalt 65-aastane parim kuni 18-aastane noor parim kuni 18-aastane neiu parim kuni 12-aastane noor parim kuni 10-aastane noor parim kuni 8-aastane noor parim tartumaalane 3 parimat reitingpefomance auhinda medal + kinkekaart Auhinnafond sõltub osavõtjate arvust ja võib suureneda või laieneda. Kiirturniiri auhinnafond kokku on vähemalt 1500 euro väärtuses Võistlejad ei saa üle ühe auhinna. Auhinna kattumise korral läheb väiksema väärtusega auhind üle vastavas liinis järgmise koha omanikule. Auhinna saamiseks tuleb viibida lõpetamisel. Kui auhinna omanik ei ilmu lõpetamisele siis auhind jääb välja andmata Võrdsete punktide korral kasutatakse artiklit Kõigi võistlejate vahel, kes osalevad kiirturniiri lõpetamisel, loositakse välja üllatusauhind. 15. EESTI VABARIIK 100 MALETURNIIRIDE SARI Eesti Maleliit korraldab aastal EESTI VABARIIK 100 maleturniiride sarja, kuhu kuulub 41 võistlust. EV 100 maleturniiride sarja koondauhinnafond on eurot ning koondarvestuses osalemise tingimuseks on vähemalt 10 võistlusel osalemine. REGISTRATION & SCHEDULE Pre-registration should be done until 6 June 2018 in the Estonian Chess Federation s online system: There will be separate registration for the Rapid and Blitz Tournaments as the competitions are two separate events. PARTICIPANTS & PARTICIPATION FEES 3.1. All players who have registered not later than 6 June 2018 and have paid the participation fee (12 euros for the rapid tournament, 8 euros for the blitz tournament) before the start of the tournament can participate For members of Tartu Kalev, youth players (born 2000 or later) and players 65+ (born 1953 or earlier) the participation fees will be 8 euros (rapid tournament) and 5 euros (blitz tournament) For youth members of Tartu Kalev, the participation fees will be 3 euros (rapid tournament) and 2 euros (blitz tournaments) Participation will be free of charge for International Grandmasters who have registered before the deadline If a participant does not have the Estonian Chess Federation s 2018 license, 1 euro will be added to the participation fee of the rapid tournament, regardless of any discounts The participation fee will be increased by 50% for players who register after 6 June CONTACT Aksel Rei, phone , akselmale@hot.ee Hendrik Olde, phone , hendrik.olde@maleliit.ee 5. 5 BLITZ TOURNAMENT (9 June 2018) 7. TIME SCHEDULE In rounds where the starting time is not fixed in advance, clocks will be started 3 minutes after the pairings have been announced. I round 11:00, VII round: ~ 14:15, II round ~ 11:25, VIII round ~ 14:40, III round ~ 11:55, IX round ~ 15:05, IV round ~ 12:20, X round ~ 15:30, V round ~ 12:50, XI round ~ 15:55. VI round ~ 13:15, 8. SYSTEM AND THE RATE OF PLAY The competition will be an individual tournament with 11 double rounds in Swiss system. The time control will be 3 minutes for the whole game plus a 2-second increment for both players. 9. RULES 9.1. All rounds will be played according to the FIDE blitz chess rules All players who arrive at the chessboard later than 3 minutes after the start of the round will lose the first game, players who arrive at the chessboard later than 6 minutes after the start of the round, will lose the match. 10. PRIZES The prize fund of the competition: Main prizes: special prizes I place cup best woman gift card II koht 75 best U16 player gift card III koht 50 best U16 girl gift card IV koht 30 best 65+ player gift card The prize fund may be increased or extended depending on the number of participants No player will be awarded more than one prize. If a player is entitled to several prizes the less valuable prize will be awarded to the next best player in that category. If a prize-winner does not attend the closing ceremony, the prize will not be awarded and will be withdrawn If two or more players have an equal number of points, article 13.4 will be used. 11. 6 12. SYSTEM AND THE RATE OF PLAY The competition will be an individual tournament in one group with 8 rounds in Swiss system. The time control will be 15 minutes for the whole game plus a 3-second increment for both players. 13. RULES The results will be included in the Estonian rapid chess rating calculations All rounds will be played according the the FIDE rapid chess rules. All Players who arrive at the chessboard later than 5 minutes after the start of the round will lose the game Swiss Manager software will be used for pairing If two or more players have an equal number of points, they will be ranked according to the following tie-breaks: 1) Buchholz with the lowest opponent score discarded, if equal after that two, three... etc lowest opponent scores will be discarded). 2) If necessary, drawing of lots will be used. 14. ESTONIA 100 CHESS TOURNAMENT SERIES 2018 In 2018, the Estonian Chess Federation will organize the ESTONIA 100 chess tournament series, which includes 41 competitions. The total prize fund of the series is Participating in at least 10 competitions is required to be eligible for the overall series prizes.
